Arvamused neil teemadel lahknevad \u00fcksteisest kui erinevate erakondade poliitilised vaated.<\/p>\n<p>Jagame t\u00e4na sinuga k\u00f5ike, mida oleme aastatega ise treeningute kohta \u00f5ppinud. Need teadmised ei p\u00e4rine ainult raamatutest, vaid on l\u00e4binud ka v\u00e4ga pika praktilise testperioodi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>T\u00e4ielik treeningute ABC<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>1. Trennil on ainult \u00fcks eesm\u00e4rk<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Trenn ei ole koht kaalu langetamiseks. Trenn on koht, kus arendada oma kehalisi v\u00f5imeid \u2013 muutuda kiiremaks, vastupidavamaks, tugevamaks. Kaalu langetamine k\u00e4ib ikka s\u00f6\u00f6gilaua taga.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2.
