Jooga v\u00f5tab korraga k\u00e4sile nii sinu j\u00f5u, tasakaalu kui ka venivuse ja seda nii, et kui \u00fcks neist alt veab, v\u00e4listab see kohe nii m\u00f5nedki harjutused. Alusta seega aeglaselt ja j\u00f5ukohaselt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00fc\u00fcsilise vormi parandamine.<\/strong>&nbsp;T\u00e4iesti t\u00f5si. N\u00e4iteks sirgete jalgade jalataldade puudutamine v\u00f5i hoopis k\u00fcmned&nbsp;<em>vinyasa<\/em>d ehk liikuvate \u00fcleminekute tegemine harjutuste (<em>asanad<\/em>e) vahele, mis muutuvad ajaga \u00fcha lihtsamaks. Seega ma tundsin ennast juba p\u00e4rast \u00fchte kuud f\u00fc\u00fcsiliselt tugevamana ning j\u00f5ud ja venivus paranesid m\u00e4rgatavalt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kogu kuu pidasin tundide k\u00f5rval ka p\u00e4evikut, kus hindasin enda progressi ning panin kirja m\u00f5tteid ja emotsioone, et n\u00e4ha, kas Ashtanga Vinyasa joogal on peale f\u00fc\u00fcsilise heaolu t\u00f5elest positiivne m\u00f5ju ka vaimsele poolele nagu paljud r\u00e4\u00e4givad.&nbsp;Enne eksperimenti mul selles osas palju ootusi ei olnud, aga tagantj\u00e4rele lugedes m\u00f5istan, kui palju positiivsemalt ma p\u00e4rast treeningut ennast tundsin v\u00f5i palju r\u00f5\u00f5msamaid m\u00f5tteid m\u00f5lgutasin. Kui keha aktiivselt liikuma panna, siis v\u00e4hemalt minu p\u00e4eviku n\u00e4itel aitab see t\u00f5esti ka m\u00f5tetel puhastuda, headel ideedel esile kerkida ja naljakal kombel kehal l\u00f5\u00f5gastuda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selle ilmestamiseks ka v\u00e4ike katkend p\u00e4evikust: \u201cParim tunne on siiski istuda p\u00e4rast treeningut arvuti taha ja olla juba m\u00f5ttelt puhanud, et uute ideedega tegeleda.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trenn ja \u00f5ppimine samaaegselt<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jooga n\u00e4ol ei ole tegemist lihtsalt keha virgutamise ja sirutamisega, sest n\u00e4iteks hingamine on selle k\u00f5ige juures t\u00e4pselt sama oluline. Kui plaanid hakata k\u00f5ike \u00f5ppima iseseisvalt, siis varu kannatust ja kogu teadmisi targematelt, eelistatult m\u00f5nelt \u00f5petajalt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokkuv\u00f5ttes oli mul vaja 13 joogatundi (12 iseseisvat tundi ja \u00fchte juhendatud r\u00fchmatundi) ehk t\u00e4pselt \u00fchte kuud, et saaksin enda arvates asjast piisavalt sotti ning baasasjadega hakkama ka koduses keskkonnas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seega olen t\u00e4iesti n\u00f5us oma \u00f5petajate esimeses tunnis \u00f6elduga, et kui teha intensiivset eksperimenti v\u00f5i soov kiiresti \u00f5ppida on suur, siis alla kolme korra n\u00e4dalas ei ole m\u00f5tet trenni teha.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mina soovitan algajatel alustada ikkagi algajate kursusest, kus k\u00f5ik \u00fcheskoos selgeks tehakse. Neid toimub mitmetes stuudiotes (joogastuudiod \u00fcle Eesti leiad Stebby keskkonnast&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.stebby.eu\/search?countries=EE&amp;orderBy=default&amp;query=jooga\">SIIT<\/a>) ning muidugi tasub kiigata ka&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.stebby.eu\/pos\/stuudio.samm.1\">SAMM stuudio<\/a>&nbsp;tunniplaani.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuna olin vastuvoolu ujuja ning alustasin ise hoopis individuaalsete tundidega, mitte koos grupiga, ei saanud ma muidu, kui pidin \u00e4ra proovima ka \u00fche juhendatud Ashtanga Vinyasa jooga tunni.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naljakas oli p\u00e4rast k\u00f5iki neid juhendamata ashtanga jooga tunde teha juhendatud tundi, mis t\u00e4hendab, et \u00f5petaja loeb praktikat ette ja k\u00f5ik \u00f5pilased teevad selle j\u00e4rgi samaaegselt. Olin ju juba harjunud iseseisvalt omas tempos paberi j\u00e4rgi harjutusi tegema ja sellep\u00e4rast l\u00f5i juhendatud tund k\u00f5ik t\u00e4itsa sassi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saan aru, et selline hingamise ja keha koordinatsiooni kontrollimine ning juhtimine v\u00f5tab veel omakorda m\u00f5nda aega praktiseerimist. Samas soovitan ma alustada siiski r\u00fchmaga ja \u00fcheskoos teiste uute n\u00e4gudega, milleks on sissejuhatavad kursused v\u00e4ga head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uutmoodi kogemus, mida lihtsalt ei saa kahetseda<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00fchidalt \u00f6eldes oli joogatamine minu jaoks uutmoodi kogemus, mis andis energiat, palju teadmisi ning valmistas heameelt. Nagu ma juba eelmises artiklis kirjutasin, siis ma ausalt \u00f6eldes ei teadnud, millesse end tegelikult segan. Ja ehk see oligi hea. Nullist ja ilma eelarvamusteta alustades oli lihtsam k\u00f5ike omaks v\u00f5tta ja pingutada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kui kogu novembrile tagasi m\u00f5eldes vastata k\u00fcsimusele, kas see k\u00f5ik oli ka raske, siis vastus on, et tegelikult ei olnud. Meil k\u00f5igil on p\u00e4evi, kus motivatsioon ja tuju pole trenni minekuks justkui \u201cp\u00e4ris see\u201d ja nii tuli ette ka mul. Iga kord siiski stuudiosse kohale minnes ja sealt lahkudes sain aga aru, kui \u00f5ige otsus oli end ikkagi kohale sundida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainus takistus oma teel oled sina ise. N\u00e4iteks kui on vaja trenni jaoks kasv\u00f5i varem \u00e4rgata, kuid jaksu ei tundu olevat, siis proovi ikka. Selline oli v\u00e4hemalt minu kogemus. Ja tegelikult on paljude asjadega n\u00f5ndamoodi, et \u00fcle j\u00f5u ei k\u00e4i mitte tegevus ise, vaid takistus on sinu m\u00f5tetes v\u00f5i teguviisis. Ja m\u00f5tteid ning tegusid saab ometi kohandada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minu s\u00f5num p\u00e4rast enda trennieksperimenti nii meestele kui naistele \u00fcle Eesti on see, et me k\u00f5ik saame oma tervist ja heaolu m\u00f5jutada, et elada kauem ja tervemana.
