Viimastel aastatel on j\u00f5udnud see trend ka Eestisse<\/em>, <em>millest r\u00e4\u00e4gib meile l\u00e4hemalt Heivi Herne Wellness Studiost. <\/em><br><br>Mina avastasin enda jaoks n\u00e4oharjutused \u2013 n\u00e4ojooga 6.a. tagasi Londonis ilumessil. See tundus v\u00e4ga p\u00f5nev ning otsustasin \u00f5ppida ise n\u00e4ojooga treeneriks, et \u00f5petada teistele kuidas ja milliseid harjutusi teha ja kuidas teha neid \u00f5igesti.<br>Seega \u00f5ppisin n\u00e4ojooga treeneriks juhtiva n\u00e4ojoogaeksperdi Danielle Collins meetodi j\u00e4rgi. Tunne on selline, nagu oleks n\u00e4oga teinud trenni \u2013 nii see on.<br><br><strong>Mida oodata?<br><\/strong><br>Harjutused suurendavad kollageeni tootmist, annavad energiat ja parandavad enesetunnet. Tehes harjutusi 5 &#8211; 6 p\u00e4eval n\u00e4dalas on esimesed tulemused on n\u00e4ha peale 2 n\u00e4dalast harjutamist.<br><br><strong>Kuidas teha?<br><\/strong><br>N\u00e4htavate tulemuste saavutamiseks on vajalik teha esimesed 2 kuud harjutusi 5-6 p\u00e4eval n\u00e4dalas. V\u00f5id teha harjutusi ka 7 p\u00e4eval n\u00e4dalas, kui sul selleks on v\u00f5imalust. Edaspidi v\u00f5id teha 3-4 korda n\u00e4dalas, kuid paremate tulemuste saamiseks v\u00f5id j\u00e4tkata 5-6 p\u00e4eval n\u00e4dalas.<br><br><strong>Kaks n\u00e4dalat<\/strong><br>Sinu v\u00e4limusest v\u00f5ib hakata see v\u00e4lja paistma \u00f5ige pea, et sa n\u00e4ed v\u00e4lja jumekam, v\u00e4rskem, puhanum, r\u00f5\u00f5msam. \u00dcldjuhul on esimesi m\u00e4rgatavaid tulemusi n\u00e4ha 2 n\u00e4dala p\u00e4rast, kui oled harjutusi teinud vastavalt juhistele \u00f5igesti ja 5 &#8211; 6 p\u00e4eval n\u00e4dalas.<br><br><strong>Kaks kuud<\/strong><br>Kui oled harjutusi teinud regulaarselt 5 \u2013 6 p\u00e4eval n\u00e4dalas 2 kuud, siis on m\u00e4rgatavad tulemused juba n\u00e4ha Siis on su n\u00e4olihased rohkem pingul ja toonuses, silmad on suuremad ja selgemad, kulmukaar t\u00f5usnud, otsmik on siledam ja p\u00f5sed on rohkem trimmis. Silmaalused on rohkem pingul ning kui sul olid silmade all kotid, siis on need v\u00e4henenud v\u00f5i kadunud. Suu\u00fcmbrus on siledam, ning huuled on t\u00e4idlasemad. Suu\u00fcmbruse kortsud on v\u00e4henenud. L\u00f5uaalune on rohkem pingul ning kui sul oli topeltl\u00f5ug, siis see on v\u00e4henenud. N\u00e4onahk on siledam. \u00dcldine n\u00e4oilme on r\u00f5\u00f5msam ning jume on parem.<br><br><strong>Kolm kuni neli kuud<\/strong><br>Kolm kuni neli kuud on see aeg, kui sinu n\u00e4okuju ja l\u00f5uajoon paranevad m\u00e4rgatavalt. Peale kolme harjutuskuud on \u00fcldjuhul n\u00e4okuju on muutunud ning sa n\u00e4ed v\u00e4lja palju noorem. Sinu n\u00e4oovaal on siledam ja p\u00f5sed on t\u00f5usnud. P\u00f5sed on pingul ja suu\u00fcmbrus m\u00e4rgatavalt siledam. Huuled on ilusamad ja vol\u00fc\u00fcmikamad. Sinu otsmik on siledam, kortsud on praktiliselt kadunud. Sinu silmad on suuremad ja rippuvad silmalaud on v\u00e4henenud. Silmaalused kotid on kadunud. Sinu n\u00e4gu on toonuses ja s\u00e4rav. J\u00e4tka harjutuste tegemist ning leia vahelduseks uusi harjutusi, et treenida teisi lihased.<br>Vaheta erinevaid harjutusi, kuid j\u00e4lgi, et harjutused oleksid sellised, et k\u00f5ik n\u00e4olihased saaksid treenitud.<br><br><strong>Kuus kuud kuni 1 aasta<\/strong><br>Sinu n\u00e4gu on muutunud palju nooremaks. Sa n\u00e4ed v\u00e4lja nooruslikum ning v\u00f5id isegi v\u00e4lja n\u00e4ha nooremana kui alustasid harjutuse tegemisega.<br><br>NB! Enda j\u00e4lgimiseks ja tulemuste kontrollimiseks tee endast ilma jumestuseta fotod enne harjutuste tegemist. Tee fotod eest vaates ja m\u00f5lemalt k\u00fcljelt. Tee sarnases v\u00f5ttes fotod 2 n\u00e4dala p\u00e4rast, kahe kuu p\u00e4rast, kolme ja nelja kuu p\u00e4rast. Edasi tee fotod kuue kuu ja aasta p\u00e4rast. Kui oled n\u00e4olihaseid treeninud juba mitu aastat, siis v\u00f5rdle oma<br>fotosid 5 aasta taguste fotodega. <strong>Sa n\u00e4ed erinevust!<\/strong><br>K\u00fcsi ka oma s\u00f5prade ja pereliikmete k\u00e4est kas nad m\u00e4rkavad erinevust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4oharjutuste tegemiseks ei ole sul palju vaja. Vajalikud vahendid on ainult:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Peegel<\/li><li>Puhtaks pestud k\u00e4ed ja n\u00e4gu.<\/li><li>Aega iga p\u00e4ev umbes 15 min.<\/li><li>Keskendu ainult sellele tegevusele. Ole \u00fcksinda.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Wellness Studio toodete hulgas m\u00fc\u00fcgil olev harjutuskava video n\u00e4ole &#8211; 12 min harjutusi on minu enda kokku pandud kava. Mind inspireeris see, et j\u00e4rjest v\u00e4hem on inimestel aega kusagil veeta tunde, et \u00f5ppida harjutusi, samuti see, et j\u00e4rjest rohkem inimesi on mobiilsed ning valmis video j\u00e4rgi on v\u00f5imalik harjutusi teha kus iganes ja millal iganes sa soovid.<br><br>See on tempokas ja l\u00f5bus ning energiat andev harjutuskava. Videos on harjutused: n\u00e4oovaali muutmiseks, otsmiku silumiseks, horisontaalsete ja vertikaalsete kortsude v\u00e4hendamiseks, silmalaugude ja kulmude t\u00f5stmiseks, alumiste silmalaugude tugevdamiseks, p\u00f5selihaste tugevdamiseks, huultele vol\u00fc\u00fcmi andmiseks, suunurkade t\u00f5stmiseks, suu\u00fcmbruse vertikaalsete kortsude ennetamiseks ja v\u00e4hendamiseks, l\u00f5uajoone silumiseks, rippuvate p\u00f5skede (nn buldogi p\u00f5skede ennetamiseks ja v\u00e4hendamiseks), topeltl\u00f5ua v\u00e4hendamiseks, l\u00f5uaaluse pinguldamiseks, kaela silumiseks.<br>K\u00f5ik harjutused teen ma videos ette ning juures on kirjalikud selgitused kuidas harjutusi teha.
