Vastus sellele on aga imelihtne \u2013 SEE ON ELU ja meil k\u00f5igil, reaalselt k\u00f5igil tuleb ette aegu kui tuleb alustada uuesti v\u00f5i peale pausi\/puhkust\/vigastust taas trenni ja toitumisega alustada ning tihti me tahame j\u00e4tkata t\u00e4pselt sealt, kus kunagi see k\u00f5ik katkes.. unustamaks selle, mis tegelikult organismile oleks \u00f5ige.<br><br>\u00c4ra muretse, seda pean ma ka iseendale iga kord meele tuletama, et vormi on alati Sul v\u00f5imalik taastada, aga kui oled olnud pikemalt eemal tuleb anda endale aega taastuda ning tutvustades oma kehale treeninguid alguses ikka v\u00e4ga leebelt. Nii j\u00f5uab Sinu vaim kui ka keha ilusti taastuda, areneda ja \u00e4ra harjuda, kui mitte \u00f6elda muutuda taas m\u00f5nusaks.  JEPS ,SEE ON V\u00d5IMALIK!<br><br>Paljud aga tahavad suure hurraaga minna k\u00f5ige karmimasse r\u00fchmatrenni s\u00f5na otseses m\u00f5ttes verd oksendama v\u00f5i ma isegi vanast harjumusest laoksin k\u00fcki kangile k\u00f5ik raskused, millega olin harjunud\u2026 aga ei ei.. need m\u00f5lemad viitavad vigastusele, l\u00e4bi p\u00f5lemisele, haigestumisele v\u00f5i totaalsele negatiivse stressi suurendamisele ning taastumine v\u00f5ib v\u00f5tta aega oodatust kordades kauem.. seega veelkord armas TASA JA TARGU, EKS!!<br><br>K\u00f5ik need soovitud tulemused on reaalselt v\u00f5imalik saavutada, kui r\u00e4\u00e4gime kaalu langetamisest, rasva p\u00f5letusest, lihasmassi arendamisest, liikuvuse parandamisest, stressi maandamisest v\u00f5i lihtsalt Kardiovaskulaarse vormi parandamisest (j\u00f5uad kaugemale joosta) treeningutel.
