Tulemuseks on liiga kuiv liha.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d5iget temperatuuri on Luhti s\u00f5nul tegelikult lihtne leida: h\u00f5\u00f5guv s\u00fcsi on sel ajal valget v\u00e4rvi, mitte must ega punane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d5ige s\u00fcsi ja paras kuumus aitavad k\u00fcpsetada liha aeglaselt ning madalamal kuumusel. N\u00f5o Lihat\u00f6\u00f6stuse tootearenduse meeskonna BBQ Symphony grillmeister Rain K\u00e4\u00e4rst jagab soovitusi grilljuustuga salatite valmistamiseks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juustu grillimiseks peab grillrest olema v\u00f5imalikult kuum. \u00d5liga ei ole seda vaja m\u00e4\u00e4rida, sest juust on ise suhteliselt rasvane ja grillimisel tuleb v\u00e4ltida leegi tekkimist. Aseta juust grillile \u00fche suure t\u00fckina ja lase sellel 30 sekundit k\u00fcpseda ning siis keera teistpidi. J\u00e4lgi, et juust ei k\u00f5rbeks mustaks, vaid saaks ilusa kuldpruuni varjundi. Vajadusel k\u00fcpseta juustu korra veel m\u00f5lemalt poolt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teine v\u00f5imalus on hakkida juust v\u00e4ikesteks kuubikuteks ning k\u00fcpsetada need kuival pannil ilma \u00f5lita kuldpruuniks. Sellisena saab juustu kasutada salatitel kr\u00f5bedate saiakuubikute asemel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grilljuust sobib serveerimiseks k\u00f6\u00f6giviljasalatiga. P\u00f5hjaks hakitud kurk, tomat, \u00f5hukesed sibular\u00f5ngad ja Frillice\u2019 salatilehed. Kastmeks segatuna oliivi\u00f5li, sidrunimahl, sool ja pipar. Samuti v\u00f5ib seda kasutada eelroana koos grillitud tsukiini, bakla\u017eaani ning paprikaga. Kastmeks sobib j\u00e4llegi oliivi\u00f5li, sidrunimahl, sool, pipar koos v\u00e4hese balsamico kreemiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Eelista kana ja v\u00e4ldi E-aineid<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kui lihaisu on suur, siis v\u00f5id seda endale lubada, aga teadlikult! Vali pigem v\u00e4herasvane toode, v\u00f5imalusel eelista kanaliha, sest selles on v\u00e4he rasva. H\u00e4sti sobivad n\u00e4iteks broileri rinnafilee, kintsud v\u00f5i koivad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5ige nutikam on valmistada marinaad ise, aga kui selleks aega v\u00f5i soovi pole, s\u00fcnnib pannile panna ka poetoode.
