Aga nagu paljud asjad, ei ole liiga palju soola ei toidule ega ka tervisele hea. Hiljutisest uuringust selgus, et peaaegu k\u00f5ik Eesti elanikud tarbivad \u00fclem\u00e4\u00e4rases koguses soola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miks peetakse soola tervisele kahjuslikuks, kui palju on palju ja kuidas on k\u00f5ige lihtsam soola kogust toidus v\u00e4hendada?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kui palju on parasjagu?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tai.ee\/et\/uudised\/eesti-mehed-tarbivad-soovituslikust-kaks-korda-rohkem-soola\">Tervise arengu instituudi (TAI) hiljutine uuring<\/a>&nbsp;n\u00e4itas, et Eesti naiste keskmine soolatarbimine \u00fcletab soovituslikku kogust enam kui kolmandiku v\u00f5rra. Eesti mehed aga tarbivad keskmiselt soovituslikust kaks korda rohkem soola.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treeneri ja toitumisn\u00f5ustaja Taavi Merisalu (vaata t\u00e4psemalt&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.stebby.eu\/search?countries=&amp;orderBy=default&amp;query=taavi%20merisalu\">Stebby veebilehelt<\/a>&nbsp;v\u00f5i&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.taavimerisalu.ee\/\">www.taavimerisalu.ee<\/a>)s\u00f5nul j\u00e4\u00e4b soovituslik soola kogus umbes 3-6 grammi juurde p\u00e4evas. \u201cT\u00e4pset arvu ei oska \u00f6elda, sest uuringutes kasutatakse erinevaid koguseid, aga see vahemik tundub kuldne kesktee praegu teadaoleva p\u00f5hjal,\u201d selgitab Merisalu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta t\u00e4psustab, et soola koguse vajadust m\u00f5jutavad n\u00e4iteks vanus, sugu ja kehaline aktiivsus. Noored v\u00f5iksid tarbida v\u00e4hem kui t\u00e4iskasvanud, aga see omakorda s\u00f5ltub ka noore energiavajadusest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kui noore energiavajadus p\u00e4evas on sama, mis t\u00e4iskasvanul, siis ei ole p\u00f5hjust tarbimist v\u00e4hendada. Ning j\u00f5udes k\u00f5rgemasse ikka, soola tarbimise vajadus langeb. Aktiivsemate inimeste soola vajadus on k\u00f5rgem kui mitteaktiivsetel ehk v\u00f5ib isegi \u00f6elda, et mida suurem on inimese energiavajadus, seda rohkem on ka tarbida vaja soola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Miks peetakse soola tapjaks?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Taavi Merisalu toob v\u00e4lja, et teadusuuringute j\u00e4rgi on k\u00f5ige suurem seos leitud soola liigtarbimise ja verer\u00f5huprobleemide vahel. V\u00e4hem t\u00f5endeid on suremuse, s\u00fcdame-veresoonkonna haiguste, insuldi ja s\u00fcdame isheemiat\u00f5ve ning soola tarbimise vahel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merisalu viitab, et kui inimene tarbib \u00fcleliia soola ja tal on terviseprobleemid, siis tarbimise v\u00e4hendamisel on \u00fcldjuhul kasu tervisele. Seega tasub nende ostmisel ja s\u00f6\u00f6misel olla t\u00e4helepanelik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Madala soolasisaldusega on aga n\u00e4iteks toores liha (nii kana, kala kui ka&nbsp; loomaliha), muna, piim, aedviljad ja puuviljad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merisalu s\u00f5nul ei ole soola koguse v\u00e4hendamine toidus tegelikult sugugi \u00fclej\u00f5u k\u00e4iv \u00fclesanne ning ta toob v\u00e4lja viis lihtsat n\u00f5uannet, kuidas seda teha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Osta v\u00f5imalikult v\u00e4he valmistoitu ja soolarikkaid poolfabrikaate. V\u00f5imalusel valmista toit ise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Kasuta toidu valmistamisel v\u00e4rskeid v\u00f5i k\u00fclmutatud t\u00f6\u00f6tlemata tooteid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. V\u00e4henda soola kogust toiduvalmistamisel j\u00e4rk-j\u00e4rgult, et maitsega harjuksid ja kasuta maitsestamisel rohkem n\u00e4iteks maitsetaimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
