Ka minu v\u00f5istlustulemustele ei avaldanud ts\u00fckkel absoluutselt mingit m\u00f5ju,\u201d avaldab Talts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta r\u00f5hutab aga, et loomulikult on inimesed erinevad ja kindlasti ei olene erinevused sellest, kas tegemist on tervise- v\u00f5i profisportlasega.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nii tervise- kui ka profisportlaste seas on naisi, kelle treeninguid ts\u00fckli faas v\u00f5i menstruatsioon absoluutselt ei h\u00e4iri, aga on ka naisi, kes nendel p\u00e4evadel pigem treeningu vahele j\u00e4tavad. \u201cM\u00f5lemad variandid on t\u00e4iesti normaalsed,\u201d \u00fctleb Talts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sportivatel naistel on ts\u00fcklivaevusi v\u00e4hem<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Uuringutega on leitud t\u00f5endeid selle kohta, et regulaarne treening v\u00f5ib aidata v\u00e4hendada n\u00e4iteks d\u00fcsmenorr\u00f6ad ehk menstruatsioonivalu. L\u00f5una-Koreas asuvas&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/27315239\/\">Kongyangi \u00fclikoolis tehtud uuring<\/a>&nbsp;aga n\u00e4itas, et naistel, kes l\u00e4bisid 12 n\u00e4dala jooksul kord n\u00e4dalas 60-minutilise joogatreeningu, v\u00e4henesid menstruatsioonikrambid ja stress.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evelin Taltsi s\u00f5nul kinnitavad uuringud ka seda, et sportivatel naistel on \u00fcldiselt erinevaid ts\u00fckliga seotud vaevusi v\u00e4hem kui mittesportivatel naistel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta toob n\u00e4ite, et&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.inimene.ee\/haigused-ja-seisundid\/list\/haigused-ja-seisundid\/premenstruaalne-sundroom\/\">premenstruaalset s\u00fcndroomi ehk PMS-i<\/a>&nbsp;p\u00f5hjustavad tasakaalust v\u00e4ljas&nbsp; hormoonid. Kehaline liikumine aga aitab hormoonide m\u00f6llu taltsutada, verevarustus kudedes paraneb, aju saab rohkem hapnikku, \u00fcleliigsed hormoonid \u201cloputatakse\u201d organismist v\u00e4lja ning paraneb kehaline enesetunne ja meeleolu. Seega ei maksa trenniplaane ainu\u00fcksi \u201cp\u00e4evade\u201d t\u00f5ttu maha matta. Kui olemine on t\u00f5epoolest kehv ja \u00fcldse treenida ei taha, piisab ka v\u00e4ikesest jalutusk\u00e4igust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u00e4htuda tuleb enesetundest<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Talts meenutab, et \u00fcldse mitte v\u00e4ga kaua aega tagasi valitses veendumus, et \u201cp\u00e4evade\u201d ajal ei tohiks ujuda ja keelatud oli ka n\u00e4iteks ratsutamine.
