Arvatavasti oled sa neid elemente oma elu jooksul kogenud, kuid kui sa varem CrossFitiga kokku pole puutunud, siis sellist kombinatsiooni mujalt leida on raske.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mis on 2000ndate alguses levima hakanud ja n\u00fc\u00fcdseks k\u00f5vasti hoogu juurde saava spordiala fenomen ning kas k\u00f5rvaltvaatajale l\u00f5hkumisena tunduv sport on tegelikult nii ohtlik, kui paistab? Sellele vastab&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.stebby.eu\/pos\/tallinn.crossfit\">Tallinn CrossFit<\/a>i asutaja, treener ja spordiarmastaja Priit Meier. Igal CrossFit&nbsp;<em>box<\/em>\u2019il ehk saalil on see p\u00e4evast-p\u00e4eva erinev, mist\u00f5ttu igav ei tohiks kohe kuidagi hakata, kuna saali astudes ei tea keegi, mis teda ees ootab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treeningute k\u00e4igus keskendutakse v\u00f5rdselt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>baasharjutustes tugevamaks saamisele (k\u00fckid, j\u00f5ut\u00f5mbed ja surumised);<\/li><li>liikuvuse edendamisele (mobiilsus);<\/li><li>keha t\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5imekuse parandamisele (intervallid ning korduste ja aja peale sooritused);<\/li><li>uute oskuste omandamisele (g\u00fcmnastika, klassikaline t\u00f5stmine jne).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Higi, vaev ja pisarad \u2013 kas CrossFit on kaalulangetajale v\u00f5i j\u00f5ut\u00f5stjale? Algajale v\u00f5i vanale spordihundile?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>CrossFit on l\u00fchidalt kogu keha treening \u00fcldise vormi parandamiseks. Meier lisab, et kui lisaks treeningule j\u00e4lgitakse ka oma toitumist, on v\u00f5imalik selle treeninguga langetada ka kaalu. K\u00f5ike on v\u00f5imalik, aga siis tuleb juba teha valikuid, mis ajal ja kui kaua midagi teha.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CrossFit on kogukond<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuigi CrossFiti ajalugu on vaid umbes 20 aastat, siis selle populaarsus on aja jooksul pidevalt kasvanud. Peamisteks p\u00f5hjusteks tuuakse esile eelk\u00f5ige treeningute mitmekesisus ja kogukond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTreeningutel k\u00e4ies tekib rutiin pingutada, et mitte teha samasugust treeningut p\u00e4evast-p\u00e4eva. Samuti on ala kasvu taga kogukonnatunne. CrossFit saalides tunnevad k\u00f5ik treenerid tundides osalejaid nime ja v\u00f5imete j\u00e4rgi, mis v\u00f5imaldab neil ka grupitreeningus anda paremaid soovitusi eelk\u00f5ige harjutuste ja raskuste valimisel, samuti jagada kvaliteetset tagasisidet,\u201d kinnitab Meier ning lisab, et kogukond ja p\u00f5nevus on CrossFiti vedanud siia, kus see t\u00e4na on.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eestis on kokku 6 ametlikku CrossFit klubi. Meieri s\u00f5nul on ka inimesi, kellele v\u00e4ga selline treeningmetoodika meeldib, kuid asukoha muude p\u00f5hjuste t\u00f5ttu regulaarselt CrossFit klubides ei treeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTahaks loota, et kokku on meid juba umbes tuhat harrastajat. \u00dcldiselt on need t\u00e4iesti tavalised inimesed, kes tahavad olla heas vormis, olenemata vanusest. Eks t\u00f5sisemaid CrossFiti f\u00e4nne iseloomustab ka see, et suudetakse pingutada nii m\u00f5nigi kord \u00fcliinimlikult, sest sellega ollakse trennides n\u00e4dalast-n\u00e4dalasse harjutud. Kui eelnev baas on hea, eelk\u00f5ige liikuvuse ja oskuste osas, pole muret alustada kohe CrossFit klassidega, milles treener aitab iga kord s\u00e4ttida vastava raskuse v\u00f5i harjutuse progressiooniga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cK\u00f5ige kindlam on alustada siiski rahulikus tempos ja harjutuste \u00f5ppimisega: Tallinn CrossFitis teeme me sissejuhatavaid tehnikakursuseid, mille k\u00e4igus \u00f5petame k\u00f5iki olulisi liigutusi nii keharaskuse, sangpommide, hantlite ja kangiga. Kursused toimuvad meil iga kuu, seega kindlasti tasub tulla ja see l\u00e4bida, et m\u00f5ista CrossFiti ohutust ja olemust,\u201d r\u00e4\u00e4gib ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meier r\u00f5hutab aga, et suur r\u00f5hk CrossFit maailmas on kogukonnal ehk suhtlus ja teistega arvestamine on selle \u00fcheks lahutamatuks osaks. Kes oma loomult pigem omaette treenijad ja v\u00e4hem suhtlemisaltid, siis neile v\u00f5ib tunduda see keerulisem \u00fclesanne. Seda kinnitab ka Meier, kelle s\u00f5nul on nende juurde tee leidnud nii m\u00f5nigi, kes v\u00f5tab seda kui \u201cteist spordiala\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEks iga treeninguga s\u00f5ltub treenimise sagedus sellest, mis on su hetkevorm, v\u00f5imalused ja eesm\u00e4rk. On neid, kes k\u00e4ivad 1\u20132 korda n\u00e4dalas, kuid ka neid, kes 5\u20136 korda n\u00e4dalas,\u201d soovitab Meier. K\u00f5ik saame koos kenasti hakkama ja naudime \u00fcksteise seltskonda. See on kogukond sportlikest inimestest, kes elavad \u00fcksteisele kaasa ja motiveerivad nii trennis kui trenniv\u00e4liselt. Tegelikult on koos v\u00e4ga erinevad inimesed nii vanuse, rahvuse, t\u00f6\u00f6valdkonna jms poolest, kuid meid \u00fchendab \u00fcks \u2013 soov olla igap\u00e4evaselt veidikene parem kui eile. CrossFit pakub meile selleks ideaalse v\u00e4ljundi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lemmikud ja mittelemmikud.&nbsp;<\/strong>Lemmikud on muidugi need harjutused, milles olen hea ehk n-\u00f6 \u201cv\u00f5hmakad\u201d (<em>burpee\u2019<\/em>d, kastih\u00fcpped, k\u00e4telk\u00f5nnid seinal, sangpomm jne). Keeruline suhe on \u00fcle\u00fcldiselt v\u00e4ga tehniliste&nbsp;<em>weightlifting<\/em>-harjutustega, kuid see ongi koht, milles alati paremaks saada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Miks ja kellele soovitaksid CrossFiti?&nbsp;<\/strong>Ma soovitaksin CrossFiti igale inimesele, kes on t\u00fcdinud oma praegusest treeningust ning otsib midagi uut. Suureks plussiks on see, et eelnev treenitus pole nii oluline, sest k\u00f5ik kavad on v\u00f5imalik t\u00e4pselt oma v\u00f5imete j\u00e4rgi kohandada<strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Kui \u00fche korra trenni proovinud oled, siis tundub k\u00f5ik eelnev nii igav.
