See v\u00f5ib esialgu&nbsp; tunduda hirmutav, kuid uuringud kinnitavad, et alustama ei pea sugugi hinge kinni v\u00f5tva sportimisega.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Iga liigutus loeb!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tervise Arengu Instituudi (TAI) koostatud&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/intra.tai.ee\/images\/prints\/documents\/149019033869_eesti%20toitumis-%20ja%20liikumissoovitused.pdf?fbclid=IwAR3yRA1fJyv6O3xgHS8ltuzc9b-EbUdY42cetstpr1xWtECO3DLr4F0ylCM\">Eesti toitumis- ja liikumissoovitustes<\/a>&nbsp;tuuakse v\u00e4lja, et Eesti t\u00e4iskasvanud rahvastiku tervisek\u00e4itumise uuringu andmetest n\u00e4htub, et piisavalt aktiivsed (2\u20133 korda n\u00e4dalas ja rohkem) on 34% meestest ning 36% naistest vanuses 16\u201364 eluaastat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seda on kahtlemata v\u00e4he ning oma tervise s\u00e4ilitamise huvides peaksid senisest rohkem liikuma seega v\u00e4ga paljud meie hulgast.&nbsp; TAI soovituste j\u00e4rgi peaks t\u00e4iskasvanu liikuma n\u00e4dalas v\u00e4hemalt 150 minutit keskmise v\u00f5i 75 minutit k\u00f5rge intensiivsusega.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siiski \u2013 iga liigutus loeb ja ei pea sugugi olema maratonilemb v\u00f5i j\u00f5usaalihunt, et treeningust tervisele kasu saada.
