B12 leidub enamasti loomsetes allikates, mist\u00f5ttu peaksid selle vitamiini olemasolule organismis erilist t\u00e4helepanu p\u00f6\u00f6rama just taimetoitlased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemi tervise jaoks on veel t\u00e4htsad vitamiinid n\u00e4iteks B1, B3, B6, E ja D. Ka nende defitsiit v\u00f5ib soodustada paresteesiate teket. Samuti v\u00f5ib paresteesiaid esile kutsuda mineraalidest n\u00e4iteks magneesiumi ja kaaliumi puudus.
