Uurime l\u00e4hemalt, kuidas k\u00e4ivad t\u00f6\u00f6andajad kaasas heaolutrendidega ning kui palju selline investeering ettev\u00f5ttele tagasi toob.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00dchest eurost saab mitu<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Investeeringud t\u00f6\u00f6tajate heaolusse toovad ettev\u00f5tetele nii pikas kui l\u00fchikeses perspektiivis otsest tulu. Maailma Majandusfoorumi uuringu kohaselt v\u00f5ib iga t\u00f6\u00f6tajate heaoluprogrammidesse investeeritud euro teenida 2,30 euro suurust investeeringutasuvust (ROIehk<em>&nbsp;Return on Investment<\/em>) t\u00e4nu v\u00e4henenud t\u00f6\u00f6lt puudumisele, paranenud efektiivsusele ning madalamale stressile. Erinevate teistegi uuringute kohaselt (<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2010\/12\/whats-the-hard-return-on-employee-wellness-programs\">Harvard Business Review<\/a>) on investeerimine tervisesse tasuvus alati kasumlik ning v\u00f5ib s\u00f5ltuvalt t\u00f6\u00f6- ja ROI uurimisvaldkonnast ulatuda kuni kuuekordseks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ROI on peamiselt tingitud erinevate tervisele suunatud heaolualgatuste positiivsest m\u00f5just t\u00f6\u00f6tajate f\u00fc\u00fcsilisele ja vaimsele heaolule ning \u00fcldisele t\u00f6\u00f6ga rahulolule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tervishoiuinvesteeringute t\u00f5us ja t\u00e4htsus<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00f6\u00f6tajate heaolu tunnustamine organisatsiooni edu t\u00e4htsa tegurina t\u00f5usis esile 20. sajandi l\u00f5pus ja on sellest ajast alates olnud \u00fcha suuremas rollis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21. sajandil on veel lisaks toimunud paradigma muutus, milles ettev\u00f5tted hakkasid suhtuma t\u00f6\u00f6tajatesse kui olulisse ettev\u00f5tte vara osasse, mitte ainult t\u00f6\u00f6j\u00f5uga seotud ressurssi. Kasvav teadlikkus t\u00f6\u00f6tajate heaolu ja tootlikkuse vahelisest seosest koos areneva \u00fchiskonna suhtumisega t\u00f6\u00f6- ja eraelu tasakaalustamisse on l\u00fckanud hoo sisse tervise- ja heaoluinvesteeringute kasvuks, mis on muutunud paljude ettev\u00f5tete igap\u00e4evaosaks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eelised ettev\u00f5tetele<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ettev\u00f5tted, kes investeerivad t\u00f6\u00f6tajate heaoluprogrammidesse, saavad lisaks ringiga tagasi tulevale kasumile tunda erinevaid h\u00fcvesid. Peamine neist on t\u00f6\u00f6lt puudumise v\u00e4henemine haigusp\u00e4evade t\u00f5ttu, mille tulemuseks on tootlikkuse paranemine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PwC ja American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine uuringud on leidnud, et heaoluprogrammid v\u00f5ivad v\u00e4hendada haiguslehe v\u00f5tmist lausa 25%. Parem f\u00fc\u00fcsiline tervis, v\u00e4henenud stressitase ning parem t\u00f6\u00f6- ja eraelu tasakaal suurendavad t\u00f6\u00f6ga rahulolu ja parandavad \u00fcldist elukvaliteeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2010\/12\/whats-the-hard-return-on-employee-wellness-programs\">Harvard Business Review<\/a>&nbsp;uuring n\u00e4itas, et h\u00e4sti struktureeritud heaoluprogrammidega ettev\u00f5tted teatasid t\u00f6\u00f6tajate rahulolu 10% suurenemisest. Kuna t\u00f6\u00f6taja veedab suure osa oma elust t\u00f6\u00f6l, siis on t\u00f6\u00f6andjal siiski olemas m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rne roll inimese tervise edendamises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tervishoiuinvesteeringute tendents Euroopas ja Eestis<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kogu Euroopas on t\u00f6\u00f6andjate poolt heaoluinvesteeringute tegemine ja rakendamine olnud pidevas kasvus. Euroopa t\u00f6\u00f6tervishoiu edendamise v\u00f5rgustiku l\u00e4biviidud uuringu kohaselt on enam kui 70% Euroopa ettev\u00f5tetest mingil kujul heaolualgatusi ellu viinud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enim on \u00fchtlast kasutuselev\u00f5ttu m\u00e4rgata sellistes riikides nagu Rootsi, Holland ja Saksamaa, kus progressiivsed t\u00f6\u00f6seadused ning t\u00f6\u00f6- ja eraelu tasakaalu t\u00e4htsustamine on sillutanud teed ulatuslikele terviseprogrammidele, milles on s\u00f5na\u00f5igus ka t\u00f6\u00f6tajatel ning mis pakub lisav\u00e4\u00e4rtust t\u00f6\u00f6le ja vabadust t\u00f6\u00f6tajale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eestis tehakse samuti hoogsaid samme tervishoiuinvesteeringute suurendamiseks t\u00f6\u00f6kohal. 2018. aastal vastu v\u00f5etud maksusoodustus ettev\u00f5tetele tervise- ja spordih\u00fcvitise jagamiseks on loonud soodsa pinnase, et pakkuda mingitki valikuvabadust t\u00f6\u00f6tajale, kuna maksuvabastuse alla kuuluvad nii spordi- ja treeningtegevused kui ka n\u00e4iteks ravikindlustus ja f\u00fcsioteraapia. Lisaks on hakanud mitmed Eesti t\u00f6\u00f6andjad pakkuma \u00fcha paindlikkuma t\u00f6\u00f6aega, tervislikke valikuid kontoris ning on avatumad kuulama t\u00f6\u00f6tajate endi soove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00fcvede paremaks halduseks ja tervisliku t\u00f6\u00f6keskkonna loomiseks on olemas keskkonnad, mis \u00fchendavad lihtsa raamatupidamise, t\u00f6\u00f6tajate tervisetoetuse ning heaolule suunatud teenusepakkujad, et selle k\u00e4ttesaadavus oleks v\u00f5imalikult lihtne. Nende hulka kuuluvad treeningu ja heaolu h\u00fcvitised, vaimse tervise tugiteenused, paindlik t\u00f6\u00f6korraldus, kohapealsed spordirajatised ja juurdep\u00e4\u00e4s tervislikele suupistetele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terviklik heaoluprogramm h\u00f5lmab nii ennetavaid meetmeid kui ka tuge, luues tervikliku l\u00e4henemise t\u00f6\u00f6tajate heaolule nii enne kui p\u00e4rast v\u00f5imalike probleemide teket.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Investeering t\u00f6\u00f6taja kohta<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00f6\u00f6andjate poolt heaoluprogrammidesse investeeritud summa s\u00f5ltub sellistest teguritest nagu ettev\u00f5tte suurus, valdkond ja geograafiline asukoht. Euroopa t\u00f6\u00f6tervishoiu edendamise v\u00f5rgustiku andmetel investeerivad ettev\u00f5tted Euroopas keskmiselt 200\u2013400 eurot t\u00f6\u00f6taja kohta aastas heaolualgatustesse. See investeering h\u00f5lmab mitmesuguseid teenuseid, sealhulgas terviseuuringuid, j\u00f5usaali liikmelisust, n\u00f5ustamisteenuseid ja tervise t\u00f6\u00f6tubasid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eestis on maksimaalne maksuvaba summa tervisetoetuseks 400 eurot aastas, mis on jaotatud nelja kvartali vahel v\u00f5rdselt. Seega on v\u00f5imalik t\u00f6\u00f6andjal pakkuda 100 eurot kvartalis tervise edendamiseks t\u00e4iesti maksuvabalt. Samas on v\u00f5imalik luua t\u00f6\u00f6andjal lisaks pakutavale rahalisele h\u00fcvele ka viia l\u00e4bi v\u00f5i pakkuda t\u00f6\u00f6keskkonnas erinevaid \u00fclalmainitud muutusi ja parandusi t\u00f6\u00f6tubadest kuni vaimse tervise toeni.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcleminek t\u00f6\u00f6tajate heaolu kui ettev\u00f5tte edu nurgakivi v\u00e4\u00e4rtustamise suunas on toonud kaasa t\u00f6\u00f6andjate heaoluinvesteeringute m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rse kasvu. Uuringute p\u00f5hjal on ilmne, et need investeeringud toovad ettev\u00f5ttele rahalist tulu, parandavad ettev\u00f5tte tulemuslikkust ja suurendavad t\u00f6\u00f6tajate rahulolu.
