Mis m\u00f5jutab D-vitamiini imendumist ja millal on \u00f5ige aeg suvel saadud varusid oma organismis kontrollida, r\u00e4\u00e4gib SYNLABi laboriarst dr Irina Utenko.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLootus, et saime suvel piisavas koguses D-vitamiini, on kindlasti olemas, aga meie igap\u00e4evased testimised n\u00e4itavad, et pigem vajavad Eesti inimeste vitamiinivarud j\u00e4tkuvalt t\u00e4iendamist,\u201d \u00fctleb <strong>SYNLABi laboriarst dr Irina Utenko<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tema hinnangul on soovitatav suvel kogutud D-vitamiini varusid oma organismis hinnata septembri l\u00f5pus, oktoobri alguses v\u00f5i kaks-kolm n\u00e4dalat p\u00e4rast p\u00e4ikesereisilt naasmist. P\u00e4ikesest ei piisa, kui organismil on suurenenud D-vitamiini vajadus. Tartu \u00dclikooli uurimuse \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/eestiarst.ee\/vereseerumi-d-vitamiini-sisaldus-raseduse-teisel-kolmandikul-mojutab-rasedustulemust-ja-ema-tervist\/\">Vereseerumi D-vitamiini sisaldus raseduse teisel kolmandikul m\u00f5jutab rasedustulemust ja ema tervist<\/a>\u201d kohaselt on D-vitamiini v\u00e4ike sisaldus Eesti rasedate naiste hulgas sage ning selle peamisteks riskiteguriteks on raseduse kandmine v\u00e4hese p\u00e4ikeseintensiivsusega kalendrikuudel, kuid samuti raseduseelne rasvumine. D-vitamiini tase organismis m\u00f5jutab raseduse kulgu ning ema ja lapse tervisen\u00e4itajaid. Uurimusest selgub, et Eestis suvekuudel talletatud D-vitamiini varud ei ole meie tulevastel emadel talviseks perioodiks piisavad.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5rgem D-vitamiini varu v\u00f5iks olla dr Utenko s\u00f5nul veel regulaarselt tugeva koormusega sportivatel inimestel, et organism pingega paremini toime tuleks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00f5rgem D-vitamiini s\u00fcntees nahas kokkupuutel p\u00e4ikesega<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inimese vananedes <\/strong>ei s\u00fcnteesi nahk enam nii t\u00f5husalt D-vitamiini ning defitsiit on kerge tekkima. Melaniin v\u00e4hendab naha v\u00f5imet D-vitamiini s\u00fcnteesida ning see on p\u00f5hjus, miks mitte ainult vanemaealistel, vaid ka <strong>tumedama nahaga inimestel<\/strong> on s\u00fcntees nahas n\u00f5rgem ning oma varusid tasub kontrollida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D-vitamiini defitsiidi p\u00f5hjused p\u00e4rast kuuma suve on vahel v\u00e4ga argised<\/strong> ja seotud meie elustiiliga. Dr Utenko s\u00f5nul oleks k\u00f5ige tervislikum aeg p\u00e4ikese k\u00e4es viibimiseks ajavahemikus 9:00-12:00 hommikul. Kui paljud meist aga tegelikult, eriti argip\u00e4eviti, sel ajal \u00f5ues \u00f5huvanne v\u00f5tavad? Lisaks v\u00f5ib D vitamiini s\u00fcnteesi nahas &nbsp;&nbsp;m\u00f5jutada pilvine ilm, \u00f5husaastumine v\u00f5i p\u00e4iksekaitsefaktoriga kreemide (suurem kui SPF8) kasutamine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Defitsiidi p\u00f5hjused v\u00f5ivad olla seotud inimese tervisliku seisundiga laiemalt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imendumine on raskendatud <strong>peensoole haiguste korral<\/strong>: ts\u00f6liaakia, p\u00f5letikulised soolehaigused, maov\u00e4hendusoperatsiooni j\u00e4rgselt v\u00f5i m\u00f5nede ravimite tarvitamisel. D-vitamiini vaegus on tavap\u00e4rane ka kroonilise alkoholismi korral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D-vitamiin on rasvlahustuv vitamiin, mis imendub kogu peensoole ulatuses, samas reserv ladestub omakorda maksakoes ja rasvkoes. \u201c<strong>\u00dclekaalulisel inimesel<\/strong> on seet\u00f5ttu D-vitamiini reserv suur, aga organism ei saa kergesti seda rasvkoest k\u00e4tte. Kui inimene v\u00f5tab kaalust alla, siis tasub D-vitamiini annused \u00fcle vaadata, \u201d selgitab dr Utenko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oluliseks imendumise m\u00f5jutajaks on <strong>toitumine<\/strong>. Imendumist v\u00e4hendab liiga <strong>kiudainerikas toit,<\/strong> <strong>kohviga<\/strong> liialdamine, samuti kipuvad defitsiiti tundma <strong>taimetoitlased.<\/strong> T\u00e4hele tuleks panna, et teised rasvlahustuvad vitamiinid, n\u00e4iteks <strong>A-, E- ja K- vitamiinid, konkureerivad<\/strong> peensooles lahutsumisel ja v\u00f5ivad samuti takistada d-vitamiini lahustumist ja sellega ka imendumist. Seet\u00f5ttu on oluline t\u00e4helepanu p\u00f6\u00f6rata oma toitumisele tervikuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peale p\u00e4ikesevalguse saavad inimesed D-vitamiini toidust v\u00f5i juurdev\u00f5etava preparaadina. D-vitamiini peamised rikkalikud allikad on enamik kuumt\u00f6\u00f6deldud kalu (eriti r\u00e4im, l\u00f5he) ja keedetud muna. Sobivad D-vitamiiniga rikastatud piim ja piimatooted. Toidust saadud v\u00f5i preparaadina v\u00f5etud D-vitamiin lahustub dr Utenko s\u00f5nul peensooles v\u00f5rdselt. Seda p\u00f5hjusel, et teada oli vaid osa kasulikest omadustest &#8211; &nbsp;see, mis luud ja hambad korras hoiab. Teaduse areng ja uued uuringud on D-vitamiinile viimaste k\u00fcmnendite jooksul omistanud oluliselt laiema t\u00e4henduse. T\u00e4na on teada, et D-vitamiin reguleerib rohkem kui 200-t geeni mist\u00f5ttu on see vitamiin oluline paljudes f\u00fcsioloogilistes protsessides inimkehas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cD-vitamiin ei reguleeri ainult kaltsiumi ja fosfaadi ainevahetust, et luud ja hambad oleksid korras, vaid m\u00f5jutab ka immuuns\u00fcsteemi rakke ja insuliini hormooni s\u00fcnteesdi k\u00f5hun\u00e4\u00e4rmes, aitab verer\u00f5hku reguleerida, vere h\u00fc\u00fcbimist, n\u00e4rvikoe talitlust, aitab hoida lihased toonuses ja parandab sooritusv\u00f5imet. &nbsp;D vitamiini madalat taset seostatakse t\u00e4naseks suurema riskiga haigestuda suhkruhaigusesse, kasvajatesse, erinevatesse infektsioonidesse jne,\u201d selgitab dr Utenko ning lisab, et alahinnata ei saa vitamiini m\u00f5ju hooajaliste k\u00fclmetushaiguste ennetamisel. Hiljutised uuringud r\u00f5hutavad D-vitamiini rolli meeste tervisele, sest vaegus v\u00f5ib p\u00f5hjustada madalat testosterooni taset.
