Eraldi laste treeninguid me ei paku, vaid oleme ujumis\u00f5petamisel spetsialiseerunud t\u00e4iskasvanutele \u00f5petamisele.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalev Spasse on treeningutele oodatud p\u00f5him\u00f5tteliselt k\u00f5ik vanused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mis vahe on ujumistreeningul ja vesiaeroobikal \u2013 kellele kumb paremini sobib?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nende kahe spordiala ainus sarnasus on see, et treening toimub vees. Spetsiifiliselt on see nagu \u00f6\u00f6 ja p\u00e4ev.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ujumistreening sobib inimesele kellel on soov enda ujumisoskusi lihvida ja parandada. Samuti t\u00f6\u00f6tavad ujumise ajal k\u00f5ik inimese kerelihased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vesiaeroobika pigem on suunatud natuke eakamatele inimestele, kellel v\u00f5ib olla probleeme liigeste, lihaste, liigsekaalu jne. Vesiaeroobikas on hea see, et iga\u00fcks m\u00e4\u00e4rab enda treening koormuse ise. Kui tervet harjutust ei j\u00f5ua siis tee pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kuidas valida enda jaoks \u00f5ige treening, kui valikuid on nii palju?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5ige lihtsam on proovimise meetod. L\u00e4hed treeningusse ja vaatad kas see sobib v\u00f5i mitte. Tihti peale inimesed arvavad, et ujumine on kerge spordiala reaalsus on aga teine. V\u00f5in ise treenerina ja endise sportlasena \u00f6elda et ujumine on &#8220;<em>multitasking<\/em> kuubis&#8220;. Ujumises on meil on n\u00e4iteks t\u00e4iesti algajate ujumiskursus, kus \u00f5pitakse veega kohanemist ja enda hirmudest \u00fcle saamist. Peale seda hakatakse juba erinevaid ujumisstiile \u00f5ppima. Alustakse kroolist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vesiaeroobikasse v\u00f5ib tulla ka inimene kellel p\u00f5him\u00f5tteliselt ujumisoskust ei ole, kuna harjutusi tehakse madalas vees jalad puudutavad p\u00f5hja koguaeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Millised on k\u00f5ige levinumad p\u00f5hjused, miks inimesed treeningutele tulevad?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peamine p\u00f5hjus on ikka see, et soovitakse enda ujumisoskust arendada. Pean kahjuks t\u00f5dema, et eestimaalaste ujumisoskus ei ole v\u00e4ga hea, kuid aja jooksul on l\u00e4inud see paremaks. Ise unistan sellest, et k\u00f5ik eestimaalased oskaksid ujuda sest ujumine on maailma parim ja ilusaim spordiala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palju satub ka neid kellele arst soovitab ujumist, sest ujumine on v\u00e4ga hea s\u00fcdamele ja veresoonkonnale. Lisaks ei ole liigestel nii suur koormus kui on maa peal. Vees on inimene kaaluta olekus ja kaotab ligi 90% enda massist. Tegelikult on sellele k\u00fcsimusele keeruline vastata, sest s\u00f5ltub millisest treeningust on jutt &#8211; kas kursus, klubitreening jne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toon n\u00e4ite enda ujumisklubi treeningutest. Olen koostanud aasta peale kaks suurt makro ts\u00fcklit. Need jagunevad omakorda meso ja mikro ts\u00fckliteks. Kerelihased saavad v\u00e4ga suure koormuse. Tunne peale trenni on selline nagu oleks teinud korraliku ringtreenigu j\u00f5usaalis, aga selle vahega et inimene ei ole higine vaid lihtsalt veest m\u00e4rk. T\u00f5si, inimene higistab vees sama palju kui maa peal, kuid vees seda lihtsalt ei tunne, kuna kogu higi l\u00e4heb vette. Selleks on meil olemas algajate ujumiskursus, kus toimub veega harjumise faas ning \u00f5pitakse vees h\u00f5ljumist ja enda hirmudest \u00fcle saamist. Kui sellest ei piisa, siis saab alati v\u00f5tta ka eratunde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kui kiiresti v\u00f5ib n\u00e4ha arengut v\u00f5i tunda muutust kehas ja enesetundes?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>See on v\u00e4ga individuaalne&nbsp; ja s\u00f5ltub treeningust.
