Uuringusse oodati osalema terveid&nbsp;mehi&nbsp;vanuses&nbsp;55-65 eluaastat, kes on aktiivse eluviisiga, kuid&nbsp;kes ei tegele j\u00f5usaali treeningutega&nbsp;ning&nbsp;kes ei manusta D-vitamiini toidulisandina.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uuringu peamiseks eesm\u00e4rgiks on v\u00e4lja selgitada, kas talvisel&nbsp;ajal D-vitamiini manustamine toidulisandina t\u00f5stab j\u00f5utreeningu tulemuslikkust (suurendab lihaste j\u00f5u ja lihasmassi juurdekasvu) keskealistel meestel. Uuringuplaan&nbsp;on saanud koosk\u00f5lastuse Tartu \u00dclikooli inimuuringute eetika komiteelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oma k\u00fcsimustele vastuse leidmiseks intervjueerisime uuringu l\u00e4biviijat <strong>Lauri Savolainenit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Katse on jaanuari algusega k\u00e4ima l\u00e4inud, kui palju on katses osalejaid kokku ning milline on Sinu p\u00fcstitatud katse l\u00f5ppeesm\u00e4rk?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hetkel on k\u00e4imas uuringu kolmas aasta, kokku on uuritavaid\n70 ringis (t\u00e4pne arv s\u00f5ltub sellest, kui paljud uuritavad sel aastal uuringu\nl\u00f5puni teevad). Uuringu eesm\u00e4rgiks on uurida D-vitamiini m\u00f5ju erinevas vanuses\nmeeste lihasj\u00f5udlusele ning lihasmassile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Kas inimesed tulevad meeleldi sellisesse katsesse ning kui paljud katses osalemise kutse said, milliseid kanaleid selle levitamiseks kasutasid? Kas mingil p\u00f5hjusel inimesed, kes soovisid osaleda, ei sobinud ning mis p\u00f5hjustel?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vaadates viimastele aastatele tagasi, siis noormeeste seas\noli huvi osaleda \u00fcpris suur. Vanemate meeste r\u00fchma komplekteerimisega oli\nasjaajamist rohkem, t\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt k\u00f5igi potentsiaalsete huvilisteni me ei j\u00f5udnudki.\nUuringu kutseid levitasime peamiselt erinevates meililistides, v\u00e4ga palju\nuuritavaid leidsime isiklike kontaktide kaudu. Uuringusse mittesobilikke\nhuvilisi oli v\u00e4he, eelk\u00f5ige j\u00e4\u00e4di v\u00e4lja terviseprobleemide t\u00f5ttu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Kuidas toimuvad treeningud katses osalejatele?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treeningud toimuvad 3 korda n\u00e4dalas. Treeningkava sisaldab\nendas peamisi j\u00f5usaali trena\u017e\u00f6\u00f6ridel tehtavaid harjutusi, mida sooritatakse\nvastavalt kindlaksm\u00e4\u00e4ratud kavale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Varasemalt on sarnaseid katseid l\u00e4bi viidud. Kas tead, millised on olnud tulemused?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paljude varasemate uuringute tulemused on olnud\nvastuolulised, seega \u00fcritame oma uuringuga tuua antud teemasse veidi selgust\njuurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Milline on Sinu enda isiklik arvamus D-vitamiini kohta, kas seda tuleks tarbida igap\u00e4evaselt? Kas talvisel perioodil on inimesel D-vitamiini vajadus suurem?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tulenevalt Eesti geograafilisest asukohast on meil talvisel\najal D-vitamiini s\u00fcntees p\u00e4ikese m\u00f5jul puudulik, mist\u00f5ttu on paljudel inimestel\nka antud vitamiini tase veres madal.
