N\u00e4rvide pitsumine<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kaela piirkond on rohkelt n\u00e4rvidega l\u00e4bi p\u00f5imunud piirkond ning seal v\u00f5ib ka \u00fchtlasi peituda p\u00f5hjus <b>kaelavalule <\/b>v\u00f5i<b> kiirguvale valule turjale, abaluude vahele <\/b>v\u00f5i <b>k\u00e4tesse<\/b>. Magamise m\u00f5ju kaelavalule<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kaelavalu, lihaskangust ja \u00fcle\u00fcldist ebamugavust v\u00f5ib tekitada tegevus, mida me loodetavasti teeme igap\u00e4evaselt (loe \u00f6iselt) 8 tundi. Ja selleks on <strong>magamine<\/strong>! Tavaliselt seostatakse magamise k\u00e4igus tekkinud pingeid\/valusid madratsi ning patjadega. Sellel on ka oma tagap\u00f5hi, kuid \u00fchte kuldset vastust selles osas ei ole \u2013 igale inimesele sobib erinev pehmus, suurus, paksus jne ning seda saab v\u00e4lja selgitada vaid proovides. K\u00fcll aga on muudetav magamisasend. \u00dcldiselt<b> ei ole sellist asja nagu halb magamisasend<\/b>, k\u00fcll aga kui kael juba teeb valu v\u00f5i on igal hommikul ebaloomulikult kange, siis v\u00f5ib olla magamisasendite muutmisest kasu ning peatselt saab j\u00e4llegi oma lemmikasendite juurde naasta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Kaela jaoks k\u00f5ige provokatiivsemad magamisasendid on \u00e4\u00e4rmused<\/b>, kas liiga k\u00f5rge padja kuhi, mille t\u00f5ttu on kael kogu aeg piirasendites v\u00f5i magab inimene k\u00f5huli, mis kaela jaoks t\u00e4hendab s\u00fcgavalt \u00fchele k\u00fcljele p\u00f6\u00f6ramist ning kuklasse vajumist. See viimane asend on tavaliselt eriti ebameeldiv, kui kael juba on hakanud haiget tegema, kuna see surub l\u00fclivahemikud kitsamaks ning v\u00f5ib \u00e4rritada juba problemaatilist piirkonda veelgi. Tavaliselt \u00e4rritunud kaelale meeldib korralik toestus ning seda saab lisada rulli keeratud r\u00e4tiku n\u00e4ol, mis pannakse kaela alla selili asendis v\u00f5i k\u00fclili magades. Loomulikult ei ole v\u00f5imalik \u00f6\u00f6 l\u00e4bi asendeid kontrollida ning tihtipeale avastatakse ennast mingil hetkel j\u00e4llegi &#8220;halvas&#8221; magamisasendis \u2013 see on okei, kui magama minnes valitakse mugav mitte \u00e4rritav asend, siis see periood v\u00f5imaldab v\u00e4hemalt mingi aja kaelal puhata. Kui \u00f6ise v\u00e4hkremise k\u00e4igus asend vahetub, siis sellep\u00e4rast ei tasu \u00fcleliia muretseda \u2013 <b>k\u00f5ige olulisem on t\u00e4isv\u00e4\u00e4rtuslik uni.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kaelavalu v\u00f5ib olla v\u00e4ga kurnav probleem, mida v\u00f5ivad p\u00f5hjustada v\u00f5i v\u00f5imendada mitmed erinevad igap\u00e4evategevused. K\u00f5ige olulisem on saada teada, mis just Sinu kaelavalu\/pingeid p\u00f5hjustab ning seada paika plaan, et sellest lahti saada.
