Platvormi poolt tekitatakse keha l\u00e4biv vibratsioon, mis p\u00f5hjustab lihaste kontraktsioone ehk kokkut\u00f5mbeid 30\u201360 korda sekundis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vibroteraapia sai alguse 19. sajandi teisest poolest, kui Prantsuse neuroloog Jean-Martin Charcot kavandas vibratsioonitooli Parkinsoni t\u00f5ve raviks. 70-ndatel aastatel kasutati vibroteraapia lihastreeningut Venemaal kosmonautide f\u00fc\u00fcsise treenimiseks, et suurendada nende lihasj\u00f5udu ja luutihedust kosmoses viibimise aja pikendamiseks. Tulemused n\u00e4itasid, et t\u00e4nu vibroteraapia treeningule said vene astronaudid viibida kosmoses kuni 420 p\u00e4eva v\u00e4hese raskusega v\u00f5i ilma gravitatsioonita, samas kui nende Ameerika kolleegid pidid 120 p\u00e4eva p\u00e4rast Maale tagasi p\u00f6\u00f6rduma.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i>\u201cT\u00e4naseks on vibroteraapia laialdaselt aktsepteeritud f\u00fcsioteraapias, taastusravis ja spordimeditsiini valdkonnas erinevate haiguste ja vigastuste raviks.<\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viimaste aastate uuringud on n\u00e4idanud, et vibroteraapia aitab v\u00f5idelda osteoporoosiga ning on seet\u00f5ttu eriti soovitatav naistele vanuses \u00fcle 50 eluaasta. Samuti on t\u00f5estatud, et teatud sagedusel teostatav vibroteraapia tugevdab vaagnap\u00f5hjalihaseid ja on soovitatav nii naistele kui meestele v\u00e4ltimaks uriinipidamatuse teket ja v\u00e4hendades vaagnap\u00f5hjalihaste n\u00f5rkust.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alates uuest aastatuhandest on vibroteraapia kasutusala j\u00e4rjest laienenud ning seda kasutataksespordisaalides, fitnessis, tippspordis ja taastusravis \u00fcle maailma. Uuringud on t\u00f5estanud, et vibroteraapia v\u00e4hendab stressi ja depressiooni, aitab kaalu alandada ning v\u00e4hendab tselluliiti. Platvormil v\u00f5ib lihtsalt seistes lasta seadmel ennast treenida erinevate valmisprogrammidega. Valmisprogrammid on kogu kehale, jalgadele, keskkohale ning kaela- ja \u00f5lav\u00f6\u00f6tmele. 10 minutit kestev valmisprogramm stimuleerib erinevaid lihasgruppe ka siis, kui lihtsalt seista platvormil. Valmisprogramme on kolme erineva intensiivsusega: madal, keskmine ja tugev. Alustada tuleks madalamast intensiivsusest ning soovi korral seda j\u00e4rk-j\u00e4rgult suurendada. Kuna k\u00f5ik on individuaalne, siis m\u00f5nele inimesele v\u00f5ib-olla ei sobi k\u00f5ige tugevam intensiivsus ja ta tunneb ennast mugavamalt madala intensiivsusega programmiga treenides. Toime on ka madalama intensiivsusega treeningul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seadmel on v\u00f5imalik teha harjutusi ka kindlatele lihasgruppidele: k\u00e4sivarred, rinnalihased, selg, reie- ja s\u00e4\u00e4relihased. Vibroteraapia on v\u00e4ga hea seljavalude leevendamiseks. Lastel alla 16 eluaasta tuleks eelnevalt konsulteerida pere- v\u00f5i raviarstiga. \u00dclemist vanusepiirangut ei ole ning maailmas on see just v\u00e4ga levinud treening alates keskeast ja vanemaealistele, kuna ei n\u00f5ua endalt erilist pingutust. Vibroteraapia on eriti soovitatav alates 45-ndatest eluaastatest naistele, et aidata hoida luud tugevana ning v\u00e4hendada osteoporoosi riski. V\u00e4ga soovitatav on see k\u00f5igile alates 60. eluaastast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Kuidas alustada vibroteraapia treeninguga?<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keha peab harjuma vibratsiooniga ning esimesel 2-3 korral soovitame algatuseks teha 10 minutilised treeningud. Kui keha on harjunud, siis v\u00f5ib intensiivsust suurendada ning teha korraga 20-30 minutit treeningut. Parima tulemuse annab treening, alustades alguses j\u00e4rjest 10-minutilise treeninguga 5-10 p\u00e4eval ja edaspidi 2-3 korda n\u00e4dalas vastavalt vajadusele.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vibroteraapia treeningut v\u00f5ib teha \u00fche korraga maksimaalselt 30 minutit ja p\u00e4evas kuni kaks korda, j\u00e4ttes kahe treeningu vahele v\u00e4hemalt 4-5 tundi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valmisprogrammidega saab teha kergemat treeningut lihtsalt seistes, riideid vahetamata. Sellisel juhul ei l\u00e4he higiseks ning ei ole vajalik vahetada riideid ega v\u00f5tta du\u0161\u0161i. P\u00e4rast 10-minutilist treeningut saab kohe t\u00f6\u00f6le tagasi naasta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Kui sageli peaks tegema vibroteraapia treeningut, et sellest oleks kasu?<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nii nagu iga teise treeninguga, on ka vibroteraapiast kasu siis, kui seda teha regulaarselt. Soovitatav on treenida v\u00e4hemalt 3 korda n\u00e4dalas 10-20 minutit, kuna siis on tulemused k\u00f5ige rohkem tuntavad ja p\u00fcsivad. Parim on, kui treeningut saaks teha viiel p\u00e4eval n\u00e4dalas. Valude kadumist ja v\u00e4henemist on t\u00e4heldatud ka juba esimese-10 minutilise seansiga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tavap\u00e4raseks on saanud, et tehakse j\u00e4rjest 2&#215;10 minutiline treeningts\u00fckkel, valides 10 minutit kogu keha valmistreeningu ning teise 10 minuti jooksul treenides kindlaid lihasgruppe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soovitame alustada 10 minutilise intensiivse treeninguga \u00fclakehale ja k\u00e4sivartele.
