Mille poolest on see eriline?\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kupumassaa\u017e on \u00fcks paljudest massaa\u017eiliikidest, mille teeb eriliseks k\u00e4simassaa\u017ei kombineerimine erinevatest materjalidest (kumm, silikoon, klaas, savi) ning suurustega kuppude kasutamisega. Kupuga tekitatud vaakumi abil m\u00f5jutatakse keha pindmisi pehmeid kudesid ja selle kaudu kogu organismi. Selle eesm\u00e4rk on v\u00e4hendada naha all olevaid m\u00fcgarikke, tselluliiti, v\u00e4hendada reie \u00fcmberm\u00f5\u00f5tu, saavutada siledam k\u00f5ht ja palju muud, mida k\u00e4simassaa\u017eiga nii efektiivselt saavutada pole v\u00f5imalik. Lisaks saab kupumassaa\u017eiga m\u00f5jutada lihaste t\u00f6\u00f6d ja venivust, mis on nahka kooriva ja noorendava toimega. T\u00e4nu kiirenenud ainevahetusele, paranenud vere- ning l\u00fcmfiringele, v\u00e4ljuvad kehast m\u00fcrgised j\u00e4\u00e4kained.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selleks kasutatakse j\u00e4llegi kuppe ehk vaakummassaa\u017ei. Samuti valitakse spetsiaalne termoefektiga \u00f5lisegu ja kreem. Kreemi ja \u00f5lisegude eesm\u00e4rk on naha soojendamine, vedeliku ringluse soodustamine, naha kapillaaride tugevdamine v\u00f5i naha pinguldamine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esmalt avatakse kliendi l\u00fcmfid l\u00fcmfimassaa\u017ei v\u00f5tetega. Seej\u00e4rel alustatakse soojendava eelmassaa\u017eiga, millega valmistatakse nahk ette tugevamaks t\u00f6\u00f6tluseks kupuga. Selle massaa\u017ei ajal on kliendil soovitatav kaasa t\u00f6\u00f6tada lihastega, t\u00f5sta jalga ja liigutada seda \u00fcles ning alla. Samuti l\u00f5petatakse tselluliidimassaa\u017e j\u00e4relmassaa\u017eiga.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><b>Kellele on see suunatud ning mis probleemide vastu tselluliidimassaa\u017e aitab?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tselluliidimassaa\u017e on suunatud tselluliidi probleemidega naisterahvastele, kelle sidekude on anatoomiliselt selline, et naha alt paistab k\u00f5ik v\u00e4lja ning \u201capelsinikoore\u201d taolist nahka ei peeta t\u00e4nap\u00e4eval esteetiliseks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tselluliidil on 3 astet:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e4htav vaid pigistades, kuna rasvarakud suurenevad ja rasv seob vett kudedesse, mille tagaj\u00e4rjel naha elastsus v\u00e4heneb.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sidekoe elastsus v\u00e4heneb veelgi ning tselluliit on n\u00e4htav seistes. Rasvarakud r\u00fchmituvad mikrokobarateks ja nende \u00fcmber on tihe katkenud sidekoe v\u00f5rgustik.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tselluliit on n\u00e4htav ka lamades. Mikrokobarad \u00fchinevad makrokobarateks ning neid seob tihe sidekoe v\u00f5rgustik. Rasvakobarad suruvad kokku vere- ja l\u00fcmfisooned ning survestavad ka tunden\u00e4rve. Tselluliidipiirkond on pigistades valulik.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Edaspidi v\u00f5ib tselluliit veelgi s\u00fcveneda ja koed l\u00e4hevad k\u00f5vaks ning v\u00e4ga muhuliseks. Seda nimetatakse juba liposkleroosiks. Tselluliidimassaa\u017e t\u00e4idab k\u00f5iki eesm\u00e4rke, mis on vajalikud tselluliidist vabanemiseks &#8211; nahapinna soojendamine, mehaaniline t\u00f6\u00f6tlus, ainevahetuse kiirendamine ja hell puudutus tugevate v\u00f5tete j\u00e4rgselt.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><b>Mille poolest erinevad teineteisest kupumassaa\u017e ja tselluliidimassaa\u017e?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kui tselluliidi- ja kupumassaa\u017ei sooritatakse kuppudega, siis need kaks massaa\u017ei v\u00e4ga palju ei erine. M\u00f5lema massaa\u017ei puhul m\u00f5jutatakse nahka ja selle aluskudet vaakumefektiga silikoonist v\u00f5i kummist kupu abil. Samuti kasutatakse spetsiaalse tselluliidimassaa\u017ei juures naha pinda soojendavaid aroomi\u00f5lisid ja tselluliidikreeme. Kupumassaa\u017ei puhul asetatakse kupud erinevatele energiakeskustele ja selja massaa\u017ei skeem on erinev. Vahel j\u00e4etakse kupumassaa\u017eis kupud ka <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">triger <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ehk p\u00e4\u00e4stikpunktide peale. Tselluliidimassaa\u017eis aga kasutatakse alati liikumist alt \u00fcles, l\u00fcmfi liikumise suunas. Tselluliidimassaa\u017ei puhul kasutatakse vahel ka m\u00e4hiseid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00f5lemal puhul on efekti p\u00fcsimiseks oluline \u00f5ige toitumine, piisav vedeliku tarbimine ja liikumine. Kauni tulemuse saavutamiseks on m\u00f5lemal juhul vajalik l\u00e4bida pikem ravikuur. M\u00f5lemad massaa\u017eid sobivad ka prof\u00fclaktilisel eesm\u00e4rgil v\u00e4ltimaks rasvaladestuste tekkimist. Tselluliidimassaa\u017e on kliendi jaoks pisut t\u00f6\u00f6d n\u00f5udev, sest inimesel palutakse liigutada oma masseeritavaid kehaosasid, et pinguldada lihaseid, et massaa\u017e oleks efektiivsem.
