Seega m\u00f5jutab vaimne tervis seda, kuidas me iseend, teisi ja \u00fcmbritsevat keskkonda kogeme, mis omakorda m\u00f5jutab meie stressitaset, otsustusv\u00f5imet ning suhteid t\u00f6\u00f6kaaslaste ja teiste inimestega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vaimne tervis on heaoluseisund, mille abil suudame toime tulla igap\u00e4evase elu pingetega, realiseerida oma v\u00f5imeid ning t\u00f6\u00f6tada produktiivselt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e4rgnevalt k\u00fcsi endalt, kas Sa tead, kuidas Sul vaimselt l\u00e4heb.
