Need h\u00e4irijad aktiveerivad meie s\u00fcmpaatilise n\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemi, mis hoiab meid \u00e4revana ning ei luba meil rahuneda. S\u00fcmpaatilise n\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemi eesm\u00e4rgiks on organism ette valmistada tegutsemiseks ja paras\u00fcmpaatilise n\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemi eesm\u00e4rk on organismi rahustada. Just viimasele on meil vaja keskenduda, et enda vaimset heaolu t\u00f5sta ja \u00e4revust v\u00e4hendada. Lihtsad t\u00e4helepanule ja meelerahule keskenduvad harjutused v\u00f5imaldavad t\u00f5sta inimeste vaimset heaolu ja tervist. Sedalaadi harjutused on n\u00e4idanud h\u00e4id tulemusi stressi, \u00e4revuse, t\u00e4helepanu puudulikkuse ja sihitu m\u00f5ttetegevuse v\u00e4hendamisel.
