Eriti puudutab see neid, kes on harjunud harrastama grupitreeninguid v\u00f5i osalema r\u00fchmatreeningutel, kuna \u00fcksinda treenimine v\u00f5ib tunduda demotiveeriv ning harjumatu. Viimasteks v\u00f5imalusteks on j\u00e4\u00e4nud koduste seinte vahel treenimine v\u00f5i alternatiivsete treeningute tegemine v\u00e4rskes \u00f5hus. Siiski on praegusel perioodil endiselt oluline olla aktiivne, toituda tervislikult ja teha sporti ning pausi tegemine ei tohiks tulla k\u00f5ne alla. Neli seina v\u00f5ivad aga varsti hakata aktiivsemaid inimesi hulluks ajama&#8230; Tekib j\u00e4rjekordselt k\u00fcsimus, mida siis ikkagi teha?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Kuidas treenida, kui puuduvad raskused ja treeningvarustus?<br>\u2022 Milliseid koduseid vahendeid on v\u00f5imalik treeninguks \u00e4ra kasutada?<br>\u2022 Kuidas treenida, kui r\u00fchmatreeningud on suletud ja j\u00f5usaali ei mahu?<br>\u2022 Mida teha, kui minu treeningsaal on suletud ja toas on v\u00e4he ruumi treeninguks?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toome teieni vaid m\u00f5ned v\u00f5imalused, kuidas j\u00e4\u00e4da aktiivseks ka oma kodus v\u00e4heste vahenditega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vahendid, millega kodus treenida:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Seljakott raskuseks!<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Valmistud tulevase aasta suvehooajaks k\u00fckkidega v\u00f5i soovid treenida biitsepsit, siis lahendus sellele on lihtne. Tuletame meelde, et \u00fcks liiter vett = \u00fcks kilogramm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kasuta dekoratiivpatja!<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dekoratiivpadja peal seistes v\u00f5ib see olla v\u00e4ga sarnane tasakaalupadjaga, mille abil oma tasakaalu arendada ning s\u00fcvalihaseid treenida. Patja kasutades on v\u00f5imalusi palju &#8211; seisa, k\u00fckita, balansseeri ja pane ennast proovile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pallid!<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kindlasti leidub m\u00f5ne inimese kodus korvpall, jalgpall, tennisepall v\u00f5i m\u00f5ni muu kera, mida treeninguks kasutada. Erinevaid palle saab kasutada j\u00f5utreeningu eesm\u00e4rgil k\u00e4tek\u00f5verduses, k\u00f5hulihastes ning paljudes teistest harjutustes. Lisaks on pallidega v\u00f5imalik arendada koordinatsiooni ja osavust &#8211; \u00f5pi \u017eongleerima v\u00f5i p\u00f5rgata \u00fchte palli ning samal ajal viska teist \u00f5hku. P\u00e4rast trenni on v\u00f5imalik tennisepalli kasutada ka massaa\u017eirulli asemel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Trepid!<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Korter- ja eramaju \u00fchendab tihti \u00fcks asi &#8211; seal on alati olemas trepid. Kui muidu on trepid iga sportlase \u00f5udusunen\u00e4gu, siis kodustes tingimustes ei pea ekstreemsustesse laskuma. Treppe saab kasutada efektiivselt intensiivse pulsitreeningu asemel ning jalgade ja tuhara v\u00f5i isegi triitsepsi treeninguks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Harjad ja mopid!<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Harja ja moppi saab kasutada peale toa puhastamise veel mitmel eesm\u00e4rgil. Esiteks on harjavars hea abivahend erinevatel venitustel ning samas v\u00f5ib kasutada seda ka takistusena maas, millest \u00fcle h\u00fcpata, k\u00f5ndida v\u00f5i lausa joosta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>V\u00e4ikesed ja suured r\u00e4tikud!<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e4tikuid saad kasutada kogu treeningu v\u00e4ltel. Parim lahendus on treeningmati puudumisel asendada see suurema r\u00e4tikuga, et oleks mugavam harjutusi teha. Samas saab v\u00e4iksemaid r\u00e4tikuid asetada jalgade alla, neid t\u00f5mmata, kasutada kummilindina ja paljugi veel, et teha harjutusi raskemaks ning f\u00fc\u00fcsilisemaks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sein!<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kui sul eelnevalt nimetatud esemeid t\u00f5esti kodus ei ole, siis m\u00f5ne sein peaksid ikka leidma! Seina vastas saab istuda, seda t\u00f5ugata ning selle abil saab v\u00e4ga efektiivselt p\u00e4rast treeningut ennast venitada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Keharaskus!<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Siiski ei saa \u00fcle ega \u00fcmber, et v\u00e4ga hea treeningtulemuse saab oma enda keharaskusega.
