Mida siis v\u00f5tta ja mida j\u00e4tta, et aasta alguses kaalunumber lakke ei h\u00fcppaks?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapsad on alati kuulunud j\u00f5uluprae kohustuslikku kooslusesse. K\u00f5ike hapukapsast ei tasu aga algul \u00e4ra hautada, vaid j\u00e4ta seda ka v\u00e4rskeks salatiks, millele lisada n\u00e4iteks talviseid j\u00f5hvikaid. Selline v\u00e4rske hapendatud k\u00f6\u00f6giviljasalat soodustab seedimist, annab h\u00e4id probioolilisi bakterid ning t\u00e4idab k\u00f5hu madala kaloraa\u017eiga, kuid kiudainerikka taimetoiduga. Kapsaste hautamisel tasub v\u00e4ltida suhkrut ja asendada see apelsini- , mandariini- v\u00f5i \u00f5unamahlaga. Kapsale v\u00f5ib lisada ka koduseid k\u00f6\u00f6mneid v\u00f5i ingverit, mis samuti soodustavad seedimist ning v\u00e4ldivad puhituste tekkimist. M\u00f5ningase hanerasva v\u00f5i taime\u00f5li lisamine soodustab antioks\u00fcdantsete karotenoidide imendumist ja tekitab kiirema t\u00e4isk\u00f5hutunde. Kapsas on hea v\u00e4\u00e4vli, magneesiumi ning C- ja B-vitamiinide allikas. Kes tahab oluliselt t\u00f5sta j\u00f5ululaua antioks\u00fcdantide sisaldust, peaks valmima hoopis punase kapsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Retsept<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Punane magushapu kapsas (400 g);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4-5 spl\u00a0 oliivi\u00f5li v\u00f5i v\u00f5id;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 spl palsami\u00e4\u00e4dikat;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 spl sojakastet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00f5ika kapsas peeneteks ribadeks, sulata potis v\u00f5i ja lisa kapsad. Kuumuta kapsaid, kuniks nad n-\u00f6 \u00e4ra n\u00e4rtsivad (u 5 minutit). Sega samal ajal kapsaid, et need ei j\u00e4\u00e4ks poti p\u00f5hja kinni. Lisa maitse j\u00e4rgi palsami\u00e4\u00e4dikas ja sojakaste, sega korralikult l\u00e4bi, pane potile kaas peale, keera kuumus kinni ja j\u00e4ta 30 minutiks pliidile. PS! Induktsioonpliidil j\u00e4ta kuumus k\u00f5ige madalama peale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verivorstid, verivorstid&#8230;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Klassikaliselt v\u00f5ib verivorst sisaldada toiduverd, mis on erakordselt hea rauaallikas ja aitab v\u00e4simust eemal hoida, kuid taldrikureeglit j\u00e4rgides peame ta liigitama hoopis s\u00fcsivesikute alla, sest peamine koostisaine on hoopis teraviljad ehk kruubid. Kui valid sel j\u00f5ulude ajal verivorstid, v\u00f5id  kartuli j\u00e4tta v\u00f5tmata, eriti kui tahad j\u00e4tta ruumi koogi jaoks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parim verivorst on muidugi ise tehtud verivorst. Kes selle tegemist ise ei s\u00f6anda ette v\u00f5tta, kuna see protsess ei ole eriti isu\u00e4ratav, see valib poest parima. Verivorsti juurde on sobilik pakkuda pohlasalatit, marineeritud k\u00f5rvitsat, hapukurki aga miks mitte proovida keedetud peedi ja fenkoli kooslust. Salatitesse v\u00f5ib julgelt kombineerida ka puuvilju ja marju. \u00dcks minu v\u00e4rskeid armastusi on Br\u00fcsseli kapsad, mille valmistamiseks t\u00e4pset retsepti nagu polegi. Mina aurutan need esmalt peaaegu pehmeks, siis praen kergelt pannil ja l\u00f5puks maitsestan soolaga.
