Kuigi mitme maakonna j\u00f5usaalid on veel suletud, saab EMS treeningut individuaalselt endiselt proovida! Kuidas see toimib ning miks ta on nii universaalne? Sellest r\u00e4\u00e4gib l\u00e4hemalt <a href=\"https:\/\/slimm.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SLIMM ilu- ja kehasalong<\/a>. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EMS ehk inglise keeles <em>Electro Muscle Stimulation<\/em> (elektriline lihasstimulatsioon) tehnoloogia juured ulatuvad 1960. aastatesse, mil see f\u00fcsioteraapias ja spordis kasutusele v\u00f5eti. Teadusuuringutes on selgunud, et EMS treeningut tavatreeninguga kombineerides v\u00f5ivad j\u00f5un\u00e4itajad suureneda ligi 40%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EMS tehnoloogia lipulaevaks ja turuliidriks on Ungari tehnoloogiaettev\u00f5te XBody, mis on t\u00e4ielikult spetsialiseerunud EMS tehnoloogia arendamisele. Kokku on v\u00f5imalik teha XBody treeninguid rohkem kui 55 riigis &#8211; meie <strong>SLIMM<\/strong> salongis on v\u00f5imalik kasutada kahte EMS treeningu lipulaeva XBody originaalseadet. Originaalseade tagab t\u00f5elise impulsi ja tunnetuse ning teise seadme olemasolu v\u00f5imaldab Sul treeningule kaasa v\u00f5tta oma kaaslase. EMS treeningule v\u00f5id tulla kaks k\u00e4tt taskus, sest treeningriietus, pesemisv\u00f5imalused, tervislik maitsevesi ning r\u00e4tik on meie poolt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/app.stebby.eu\/pos\/slimm\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/stebby.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Untitled-design-80.png?w=1920&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7218\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Harjutuste ajal saadavad treeningvestis olevad elektroodid lihastesse elektriimpulsse ning selle tulemusel need kontraheeruvad e t\u00f5mbuvad kokku kordades tihemini ja intensiivsemalt kui tavap\u00e4rase j\u00f5usaalitreeningu ajal. Koormust saavad ka lihaste s\u00fcgavamad kihid e s\u00fcvalihased, mis tavaliselt n\u00f5nda palju treeningu k\u00e4igus koormust ei saa. Treeningu tugevust reguleerib asjakohase v\u00e4lja\u00f5ppe saanud treener ning treeningkava on \u00fcles ehitatud kliendi eesm\u00e4rke ja tervislikku seisundit arvesse v\u00f5ttes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2 x 20 minutit n\u00e4dalas on v\u00e4gagi piisav<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuna EMS treeningul aktiveeritakse lihaskiud ebaregulaarses j\u00e4rjekorras, siis on see trenn juba algusest peale intensiivsem ja \u00fchendab suurema kiirusega rohkem lihaskiude (ca 300 lihast korraga, aktiveerides 90% lihastest). Aktiivsem lihaskude n\u00f5uab aga rohkem energiat, mist\u00f5ttu p\u00f5letab treening rohkem kaloreid isegi puhkeseisundis!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Revolutsiooniline viis f\u00fcsioteraapias ja taastusravis<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lisaks teistele headele omadustele aitab EMS treening kiiremini taastuda ja paraneda. <\/strong>&nbsp;EMS on ainulaadne lahendus, mis v\u00f5imaldab lihaste v\u00f5i liigeste vigastusi ravida palju kiiremini kui traditsioonilised meetodid.&nbsp; See on muutunud alternatiiviks ja toetavaks meetmeks f\u00fcsioteraapias, lihaste taastumises, valu leevendamises ja vigastuste rehabilitatsioonis. Elektrivool ei ole ohtlik, sest EMSi tehnoloogia imiteerib kehaomaseid n\u00e4rviimpulsse, mis igap\u00e4evaselt lihast\u00f6\u00f6d korraldavad. Kasutatav elektrivool on ka v\u00e4hese tugevusega ning m\u00f5\u00f5detav milliamprites (mA). Lisaks on vool madala sagedusega (7\u2013100 Hz) ning saadetakse lihastesse impulssidena (ca iga 350\u2013400 mikrosekundi tagant) kindlate intervallide j\u00e4rel &#8211; n\u00e4iteks 4 sekundit stimulatsiooni, millele j\u00e4rgneb 3-4 sekundit puhkust. Seega tervise p\u00e4rast muretsemiseks ei ole p\u00f5hjust ja impulssi kartma ei pea, kuna see on ligi k\u00fcmme korda n\u00f5rgema pingega kui kodumajapidamises tarbitav vool.
