J\u00e4rgnevalt r\u00e4\u00e4gib oma loo Kristel K., kes l\u00e4ks EMS treeningule enda vormi parandama, kuid sai sealt lisaks f\u00fc\u00fcsilisele tugevusele kaasa ka leevenduse vanale vigastusele. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4na tutvustame Sulle l\u00e4hemalt Kristeli lugu, kellel juhtus aasta tagasi p\u00f5lvetrauma &#8211; t\u00e4psemalt \u00f6eldes meniskivigastus, mis langetas ta elukvaliteeti ning t\u00f5i igap\u00e4evaellu harjumusp\u00e4rase valu ja ebamugavuse. Valdavalt istuv t\u00f6\u00f6 oli oma j\u00e4lje j\u00e4tnud lihastoonusele ja \u00fcldf\u00fc\u00fcsilisele vormile ning ta otsustas leida lahenduse, kuidas saaks ennast treenida ilma p\u00f5lvele haiget tegemata.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d5nneks on Kristeli t\u00f6\u00f6andja alati hoolinud tema tervisest ning on v\u00f5imaldanud talle kompensatsiooni abil Stebby keskkonnas pakutavaid teenuseid. Kristel otsustas keskkonnas olevate teenustega l\u00e4hemalt tutvuda ning sealt j\u00e4i talle silma EMS treeningu v\u00f5imalus. EMS treeningu puhul sai otsustavaks v\u00f5imalus teha trenni p\u00f5lve liigselt koormamata ning l\u00fchike treeningu pikkus &#8211; 20 minutit, mis l\u00f5i suurep\u00e4rase v\u00f5imaluse mahutada m\u00f5nus aktiivne treening \u00fclitihedasse graafikusse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Esimene treening<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Esimese treeningu eel valdas Kristelit hirm &#8211; kas see on ikka minule? Kas mu p\u00f5lv j\u00e4\u00e4b terveks? &#8220;Olin kord n\u00e4inud \u00fcht n\u00e4dalavahetuse hommikul n\u00e4idatavast elustiilisaatest lugu EMS treeningust ja see meenutas justkui elluj\u00e4\u00e4mislaagrit, j\u00e4ttes v\u00e4ga karmi treeningu mulje,&#8221; nentis Kristel. &#8220;Arvasin, et treeningkava on m\u00f5eldud paremas vormis olevatele ja kartsin, et mu f\u00fc\u00fcsis ei pea treeningule vastu ning p\u00f5lv saab haiget. P\u00f5lvevalu on selline asi, mis s\u00fc\u00fcbib su alateadvusesse ja sa \u00fcritad iga hinna eest valu v\u00e4ltida, mist\u00f5ttu olin eriti murelik,&#8221; lisas ta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muretsemine oli aga alusetu, sest tema seisundit ja f\u00fc\u00fcsilist vormi v\u00f5eti kohe arvesse ning treening kohandati haigele p\u00f5lvele vastavalt, v\u00e4listades k\u00f5ikv\u00f5imalikud harjutused, mis probleemses piirkonnas valu tekitaks. Lisaks kadus k\u00f5ndimisel kaasa hiilinud ebamugavustunne ja ebakindlus ning elukvaliteet paranes m\u00e4rgatavalt. See oli suur boonus ja p\u00f5hjus, miks hakkasingi regulaarsemalt EMS treeningus k\u00e4ima,&#8221; s\u00f5nas ta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EMS treening kohe p\u00e4rast operatsiooni?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kui Kristel proovitreeningule tuli, oli ta operatsiooni j\u00e4rjekorras &#8211; p\u00e4rast treeningut aga konsulteeris ta arstiga, kas operatsioonile \u00fcldse vaja minna, sest valu oli taandnud ja igap\u00e4evaelu antud mure enam m\u00f5juvalt ei varjutanud. P\u00f5lv vajas siiski l\u00f5ikust ja p\u00e4rast operatsiooni on ta k\u00e4inud EMS treeningul kahel korral. Kui esimesel treeningseansil palus ta reielihastele impulssi mitte panna, kartes p\u00f5lve ehmatada, siis teisel korral oli Kristel enesekindlam ja impulss ei vedanud teda karvav\u00f5rdki alt &#8211; liigne tundlikkus p\u00f5lves v\u00e4henes ja asendus meeldiva plastilisuse ning kindlusega.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lihastoonus andis endast m\u00e4rku juba m\u00f5ne seansi j\u00e4rel. Kui p\u00f5lvevalu oli unustusse vajumas, oli aeg hiilata lihastel. &#8220;Hakkasin m\u00f5ne korra j\u00e4rel tundma lihaseid, mille olemasolust polnud mul aimugi. Mul on elu aeg olnud n\u00f5rgad k\u00f5hulihased, ent ma treeningu j\u00e4rel hakkasin neid tundma. Lisaks hakkas tagumine reielihas ilmet v\u00f5tma ning samuti tundsin rinnalihases toonust. Esimesed tulemused andsid meeldiva t\u00f5uke naasmiseks ja motivatsiooni edasi treenimiseks,&#8221; r\u00f5\u00f5mustas Kristel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tema soovitab k\u00f5igil EMS treening \u00e4ra proovida ja eelarvamused k\u00f5rvale visata. Nimelt ehmatab inimesi elekter ja sellega seonduv &#8211; see on t\u00e4iesti m\u00f5istetav, sest kes meist sooviks saada vabatahtlikult s\u00e4rtsu? &#8220;T\u00e4htis on teada, et impulss tuleb alguses v\u00e4ga tasapisi ja iga kehapiirkond on eraldi reguleeritav. Treener on sinuga pidevas suhtluses ja uurib, kas impulss on tuntav ja mis piirkonda v\u00f5iks impulsi tugevust lisada,&#8221; maandas ta murelike inimeste pingeid. &#8221; Seda kartma ei pea, et \u00e4kitselt tuleb \u00fclitugev impulss ja nii j\u00e4\u00e4bki, meenutades sisse-v\u00e4lja nupu toimimist. Impulsse lisatakse tasa ja targu ning dialoog treeneri ja treenija vahel on pidev.
