Lisaks juurde kamaluga v\u00f5\u00f5rap\u00e4raste nimedega \u00fcrte. Kuigi need on k\u00f5ik v\u00e4ga maitsvad (ja ka tervislikud) toiduained, pole nende s\u00f6\u00f6mine \u00fcldse vajalik! Vormi saab ka t\u00e4iesti tavaliste Eesti toitudega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tervislik toitumine t\u00e4hendab eelk\u00f5ige oma keha varustamist piisava hulga eluks vajalike toitainetega. Pead saama piisavalt nii makrotoitaineid (valgud, s\u00fcsivesikud, kiudained ning rasvad) kui ka vitamiine ja mineraale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ei mingit raketiteadust. Mingis m\u00f5ttes lihtne matemaatika. Ja k\u00f5ik see vajalik on 100% sees ka meie oma kodumaistes (v\u00f5i siis v\u00e4hemalt harjumusp\u00e4rastes) toiduainetes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supertoiduaineid pole olemas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>See v\u00f5ib k\u00fcll tulla teatud \u00fcllatusena, aga ma ei usu s\u00f5nadesse \u201csuperfood\u201d v\u00f5i \u201csupertoiduaine\u201d. Viimasel ajal tundub, et iga uus turule tunginud v\u00e4lismaine toit saab k\u00fclge \u00fche neist siltidest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tegelikkuses v\u00f5ib iga toit olla mingil ajahetkel superv\u00f5imeid omav ja ka vastupidi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Teisis\u00f5nu \u2013&nbsp;superv\u00f5imed v\u00f5ivad avalduda iga toiduaine juures.
