Seega, miks mitte minna lumistes oludes matkama ning nautida uue aasta alguses k\u00f5ike seda, mida Eesti loodusel meile pakkuda on. Kuidas aga matkamine meid f\u00fc\u00fcsiliselt ja vaimselt m\u00f5jutab? Milliseid eeldusi v\u00f5i varustust sa selleks vajad? Pikaajaliselt on matkamisega kaasnevaid positiivseid tegureid aga veelgi, alustades kaalulangusest, l\u00f5petades vastupidavuse suurenemise ning depressioonist v\u00e4lja ronimiseni.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fc\u00fcsiline v\u00f5it!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Matkamist v\u00f5ib esmalt nimetada kardiotreeninguks looduses, mis tugevdab sinu s\u00fcdant ning parandab teisigi tervisen\u00e4itajaid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teiseks tugevdab see sinu jala- ning kerelihaseid, mis aktiveeruvad igal sammul. Mida karmim ja raskem maastik, seda rohkem n\u00f5uab see sinu lihastelt pingutust.
