Inimeste hajutamise eesm\u00e4rgil r\u00fchmatreeninguid veel ei toimu, kuid kindlasti on neid, kes on pikkisilmi oodanud v\u00e4hemalt j\u00f5u v\u00f5i -spordisaali naasmist. Seega koostasime Sulle lihtsatest punktidest koosneva meelespea, et saaksime k\u00f5ik l\u00e4hiajal tavap\u00e4rase treeningrutiiniga j\u00e4tkata ning Sinu j\u00f5usaali k\u00fclastamine oleks ohutu nii Sulle kui ka teistele. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00f5imalusel kanna maski<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4nasel p\u00e4eval ei tohiks Sulle \u00fcllatusena tulla, et paljudes siseruumides on maski kandmine kohustus. Kuigi j\u00f5usaalis on seda m\u00f5ninga treeningu puhul ebamugav kanda, siis v\u00f5imalusel tee seda ikkagi. Hea disainiga hingava maski kandmine ei tohiks tekitada Sulle treeningu ajal probleeme ning t\u00e4nu sellele hoiad Sina teiste ruumisviibijate tervist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Puhtus ennek\u00f5ike<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kindlasti hoolitsevad j\u00f5usaalid enda ruumide puhtuse eest erilise hoolega, kuid Sina saad sellele alati kaasa aidata. Ole veelgi t\u00e4helepanelikum, et desinfitseeriksid enda poolt kasutatud masinad ja vahendid hoolikalt. V\u00f5ta v\u00f5imalusel kaasa enda r\u00e4tik, et seda treeningu ajal kasutada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leia alternatiivseid k\u00fclastusaegu<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Paljud j\u00f5usaalid on muutnud enda lahtiolekuaegu paindlikumaks ning pakuvad inimeste hajutamiseks erinevaid lahendusi. Kui olid harjunud k\u00e4ima j\u00f5usaalis kohe p\u00e4rast t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eva l\u00f5ppu ehk \u00fchel k\u00f5ige rahvarohkemal ajal, siis uuri enda j\u00f5usaalilt lisa v\u00f5i m\u00f5tle ise, kuna v\u00f5iks olla treenijate arv \u00fches ruumis k\u00f5ige v\u00e4iksem ning k\u00fclasta seda siis \u2013 nii hoiad teisi ja iseennast.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tutvu enda koduklubi reeglitega<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Enne j\u00f5usaali k\u00fclastamist vaata \u00fcle enda spordiklubi veebileht v\u00f5i sotsiaalmeedia kanalid. Kindlasti on nad edastanud juhised, millised reeglid, kellaajad ja piirangud nende treeningsaalis kehtestatud on. \u00c4ra eelda, et need on igas klubis samad!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mine treenima kindla plaaniga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tee enda elu lihtsaks \u2013 mine j\u00f5usaali kindla plaaniga, et kasutaksid oma aega masinate taga v\u00f5imalikult efektiivselt. V\u00f5imalusel tee enda plaan selline, et Sa oled valmis seda vastavalt vajadusele muutma, kuna j\u00f5usaalides v\u00f5ivad olla endiselt piiratud treeningolud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mine \u00fcksi trenni<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoia kaastreenijatega distantsi ning k\u00fclasta j\u00f5usaali \u00fcksi &#8211; ole sellega eeskujuks teistele, et ka individuaalselt on v\u00f5imalik treenida. P\u00e4rast treeningut v\u00e4lju spordisaali riietusruumidest v\u00f5imalikult kiirelt, et hoida \u00e4ra kitsastest oludest tingitud suuri kokkupuuteid.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c4ra eelda, et oled p\u00e4rast pikemat pausi samas vormis<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kui Sul ei ole olnud v\u00f5imalik p\u00e4rast j\u00f5usaalide sulgemist j\u00e4tkata enda varasemat treeningplaani, siis \u00e4ra eelda, et oled samal tasemel nagu varem. V\u00f5ta esimesi treeninguid rahulikult, et Su keha harjuks uuesti f\u00fc\u00fcsilise koormusega ning pigem hoia raskused madalad, et seej\u00e4rel loomulikul teel tagasi raskemate harjutusteni j\u00f5uda. Samuti aitab \u00f5igele rajale naasta \u00f5ige toitumine ja piisav uni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vajadusel j\u00e4ta treening vahele&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4simus ja h\u00f5re enesetunne enne treeningut on m\u00e4rk, et targem oleks seekord j\u00f5usaali k\u00fclastamine edasi l\u00fckata ning hoolida enda ja teiste tervisest.
