Aktiivsed tegevused v\u00f5ivad v\u00e4hendada pingeid ja depressiooni ning kasvatavad ajus kasvufaktoreid, mis aitavad meie heaolule kaasa. Lisaks on sellel k\u00f5igel ka f\u00fc\u00fcsilise tervise plusspool, et sinu vereringeelundkond oleks tervem ning saaksid puhkust v\u00e4sinud silmadele ja vaheldust n\u00e4iteks istuvale t\u00f6\u00f6le.
