Muna on \u00fcle\u00fcldiselt eestlase toidulaual t\u00f5eline supertoit &#8211; munavalgus on palju selliseid aminohappeid, mida inimkeha vajab, kuid ei suuda ise toota ning lisaks on muna v\u00e4ga hea erinevate vitamiinide allikas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anname Sulle 10 ideed, mida tervislikku ja maitsvat v\u00f5iks munadest valmistada.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Kogused on m\u00f5eldud keskmisele kaalu langetada soovivale naisele ning \u00fche portsu kaloraa\u017eiks on 375 kcal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>1.
