Sub-processor list
To provide our services efficiently, Stebby may engage sub-processors to assist with certain activities. These sub-processors help us deliver specific functions or technical services necessary for our operations. If Stebby uses a sub-processor, a data processing agreement (DPA) or another legally binding contract or terms are applied.
When Stebby acts as a controller for its business clients, the same level of security and contractual terms agreed with the client are extended to the sub-processor. If the sub-processor transfers data outside of the EU, Stebby ensures that Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and a Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) are conducted where required.
