Stebby has once again launched the Pan-Baltic Workplace Wellness Survey 2025 to uncover how employees across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia truly feel about their well-being at work. Your answers help us understand what matters most to employees, and guide companies toward healthier, more balanced workplaces.

The Pan-Baltic Workplace Wellness Survey 2025 is open from November 5 to December 31, 2025, to participants aged 18 and above residing in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania. By completing the survey and providing contact details, you’ll automatically enter the prize draw to win one of the listed rewards. Winners will be selected at random within seven working days after the survey closes and contacted via email. Your responses will remain anonymous, and personal data will be used only to contact prize winners. Organized by Stebby OÜ.
