Pan-Baltic Workplace Wellness Survey 2025 Terms and Conditions
- The organizer of the “Pan-Baltic Workplace Wellness Survey 2025” (hereinafter referred to as the campaign) is Stebby OÜ, registration code 12231911, located at Raatuse 20, Tartu, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as Stebby).
- The campaign will take place from 05.11.2025 to 31.12.2025 (inclusive).
- During the campaign period, Stebby will conduct the Pan-Baltic Workplace Wellness Survey 2025 and draw prizes among participants who complete the survey in full and provide their contact details at the end of the survey form (hereinafter referred to as participants).
- The following prizes will be drawn among eligible participants:
> 2 × 300 EUR airBaltic gift cards
> 3 × 50 EUR Wolt gift cards
> 10 × 50 EUR Stebby gift cards - The winners will be selected randomly within ten (10) working days after the campaign ends. Winners will be contacted via email within three (3) working days following the draw to arrange prize delivery.
- If it is not possible to contact a winner within five (5) working days after the initial notification due to reasons beyond Stebby’s control, Stebby reserves the right to withhold the prize and draw a new winner from the remaining participants.
- The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize type at the winner’s request.
- The campaign is open to individuals aged 18 and above, residing in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania. Stebby employees and individuals directly involved in organizing the campaign are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
- Data processing:
Stebby is the data controller and will process participants’ personal data for the purposes of conducting the campaign, contacting winners, and delivering prizes. The required data includes:
> Email address
Survey responses will remain anonymous and will not be linked to personal data. Personal data collected for the draw will be deleted after all prizes are distributed. More information is available at Stebby’s Privacy Notice. - By participating in the campaign, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Stebby reserves the right to unilaterally modify, supplement, or terminate the campaign and its rules if necessary. Any such changes will be announced on Stebby’s website or communicated directly to affected participants.
