To take the Stebby user experience to the next level, we need to bring knowledge directly to our users. To do this, we launched the “User Kevin” series, in which our Senior Customer Support Specialist Kevin answers popular questions, debunks myths, and shows the ins and outs of Stebby.

In the first part, Kevin points out three important things to users: how to notice notifications, find wellness info, and combine searches with the Stebby map.

Stebby notifications

Check notifications related to your personal Stebby account. The notifications button gives you a quick overview of recent activity on your personal account:

  • changes to your compensation,
  • transaction and insurance information,
  • changes made to the environment that affect users, etc.

From time to time, it is also worth checking that there are no warnings displayed on your account. If you are experiencing problems purchasing or using services, the reason may be hidden in the list of warnings. If there are no urgent problems with your account at the moment, the warning button will not be displayed.

You can recognize the notifications button by the bell icon in the upper right corner of your account’s home screen. In case of alerts, an alert button marked with an exclamation mark will also be displayed next to it. Notifications can be found in the Account view in the app.

Wellness news are just one tap away in the Stebby app

At this point, we hope you already have the Stebby app. If you feel like you need some inspiration or ideas to improve your well-being, take a look at our app’s wellness corner “Insights”. There you will find health tips, informative podcasts, Stebby-related news, and interesting articles about various events and workouts.

You can find Stebby news and tips in the menu displayed in the Stebby app.

The Stebby map shows your hometown Service Providers

Simplify your Stebby experience by combining search filters and maps. Want to know if there are any interesting service providers near your home? When searching for services in the web version of Stebby, click on “Open map” in the upper right corner of the view, or in the app, click on the map button on the right side after clicking on the search bar. This allows you to quickly and conveniently find services that match your preferences and compensation plan.
