Pan-Baltic Workplace Wellness Survey 2026 Terms and Conditions

1. The organizer of the “Pan-Baltic Workplace Wellness Survey 2026” (hereinafter referred to as the campaign) is Stebby OÜ, registration code 12231911, located at Liivalaia tn 13, Tallinn, Harjumaa, 10118, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as Stebby).
2. The campaign will take place from 03.11.2026 to 08.12.2026 (inclusive).
3. During the campaign period, Stebby will conduct the Pan-Baltic Workplace Wellness Survey 2026 and draw prizes among participants who complete the survey in full and provide their contact details at the end of the survey form (hereinafter referred to as participants). Each participant may enter the prize draw once.
4. The following prizes will be drawn among eligible participants:
   > 1 x 500 EUR Novatours gift cards
   > 3 × 100 EUR Sportland gift cards
   > 10 × 50 EUR Stebby gift cards
5. The winners will be selected randomly within fifteen (15) working days after the campaign ends. Winners will be contacted via email within three (3) working days following the draw to arrange prize delivery.
6. If a winner does not respond within ten (10) working days after the first email notification, Stebby reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a new winner from the remaining eligible participants.
7. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize type at the winner’s request.
8. The campaign is open to individuals aged 18 and above, residing in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania. Stebby employees and individuals directly involved in organizing the campaign are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
9. Data processing:
   Stebby is the data controller and will process participants’ personal data for the purposes of conducting the campaign, contacting winners, and delivering prizes.

   The required data includes:

   > Email address
   
   Providing an email address is required to enter the prize draw. The email address will be used for the purposes described above and will not be used for unrelated marketing unless the participant separately agrees to that use.

10. By participating in the campaign, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
11. Stebby reserves the right to amend or terminate the campaign or these Terms and Conditions where necessary. Any changes will be published on Stebby’s website or communicated directly to affected participants.

The Pan-Baltic Workplace Wellness Survey 2026 is open from November 3 to December 8, 2026, inclusive, to participants aged 18 and above residing in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania. Participants who complete the survey and provide their contact details at the end of the form will be entered into a prize draw to win Novatours, Sportland, and Stebby gift cards. Winners will be selected at random within fifteen (15) working days after the survey closes and contacted by email within three (3) working days.
