For the third year running, Stebby invites people across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia to share their experiences in the Stebby Workplace Wellness Survey 2026. The survey explores how employees feel about well-being at work, what matters to them, and what kind of support they receive from their employer.
Everyday realities shape well-being at work: whether the workload feels manageable, boundaries are respected, leaders show care, and benefits meet real needs. We want to hear how these things look from your side. Your feedback helps Stebby show employers what actually matters, ensuring future wellness initiatives are based on real needs.
