What are the limitations on compensation?
You have sufficient funds in your account, but the purchase still fails? These are the most common restrictions when purchasing services:
- The service is not reimbursed to you under your employer’s compensation plan, due to the categories you are eligible for and/or your tax-exempt service purchase settings. In this case, the service purchased on the platform will not have the “Reimbursed” label next to it
- Your employer’s account has run out of funds, and therefore it is not possible to use your compensation.
- There’s no compensation available at all.
In any case, there is one solution here – let your employer know! Since the employer provides the compensation, only they can add funds to their company’s account or award you compensation. In addition, you can discuss with your employer the possibility of expanding the categories of compensated services even further, so that you have access to a wider range of services on the Stebby platform.
