Stebby Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. The organizer of the “Winter Campaign 2024” campaign (hereinafter referred to as the campaign) is Stebby OÜ, registration code 12231911, located at Riia 142, Tartu, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as Stebby).

2. The campaign will take place from 19.12.2024 to 06.01.2025 (inclusive).

3. During the campaign period, Stebby will draw a prize, a €500 Estravel gift card, among the participants. All individuals who purchase at least one (1) Winter Campaign offer at the time of the campaign (hereinafter referred to as participants) are eligible to participate in the draw. The prize will be drawn randomly on 13.01.2025.

4. The prize cannot be replaced with another type of prize at the winner’s request, nor will the cost of the prize be reimbursed in cash.

5. If it is not possible to contact the prize winner within 3 (three) working days following the draw for reasons beyond Stebby’s control, Stebby reserves the right to withhold the prize from them and draw a new winner from the participants of the campaign.

6. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within one working day after the prize draw, and the method of prize collection will be agreed upon.

7. Stebby employees and individuals directly involved in organizing the campaign are not eligible to participate in the draw.

8. Stebby is the data controller and uses personal data for the purpose of conducting the campaign, determining the winner, contacting the winner, and publicly announcing the winner of the draw. The campaign winner will be announced on Stebby’s social media channels by disclosing the winner’s name.

9. Personal data will be processed until the date specified in point 2 and until the prize is delivered to the winner.

10. To participate in the draw, the participant’s personal data is required for contacting them in the event of winning. The required data includes:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

11. Stebby reserves the right to unilaterally modify, supplement, or suspend the campaign rules and conditions, notifying the participants of the campaign through Stebby’s website or by sending a notification to the contact details of the individuals who participated in the campaign.

12. For matters not specified in the campaign conditions, Stebby’s terms of service, privacy policy, and other conditions set by the service provider related to the draw (if necessary) will be followed.
