New month, new tips. This third blog post in Kevin’s series of tips covers his favorite apps, how Stebby’s customer support works, and the convenient location-based search feature. If you have any suggestions for other Stebby-related topics to discuss, let us know!

Favorites in the app – no more hours of aimless browsing

Have you ever found yourself in a situation on the Stebby app where you want to buy your favorite regular service, but searching for it is already becoming a hassle?

There’s a simple solution to this: in the app, you can mark services and service providers as your favorites, and you don’t even have to go beyond the home screen.

In the app, tap either “Service Provider” or a service group in the Service Provider’s account, and you’ll see an empty heart-shaped icon in the lower-right corner of the Service Provider’s banner.

When you tap the heart, it fills with color, and from then on, your favorites will be displayed on the Stebby app’s home screen, in the “Discover” view. Simple.

Stebby Customer Support will do everything it can to help!

Is the app not working? Can’t purchase services? Or is there no compensation in your account even though there should be? Don’t worry, Stebby customer support will find a solution to your problem. Email us at info@stebby.eu, or if you have an urgent question, log in to the Stebby website and click the green button in the bottom corner of the screen to chat with our customer support team. We respond to emails Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and via chat from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

In case our customer support team isn’t available at the moment, it’s worth checking out our FAQ. It answers 90% of all questions.

City selection filters – it’s more than just services near you

Although we’ve already discussed filters in the “User Kevin” series, repetition is the mother of learning. This time, we’ll revisit a filter that’s useful for every user: the location filter.

This probably won’t catch your eye right away when using the Stebby search, in the web version, you’ll find the city filters by scrolling down, just before the last filter, which is “Country.” In the app, you can find the city filters by tapping the filters button on the right side of the search bar in the “Discover” view. You can then select a location using the “Select city” button or by choosing the service provider closest to you.

At first, your list of city filters may not show absolutely all cities in Estonia—only the most popular ones. Don’t worry, though, because after your first purchase from a city that isn’t initially listed, that city will appear in the list of city filters.
