What’s with the cookies?

Every wellness enthusiast can enjoy a delicious cookie every now and then, however, the cookies we use for data collection purposes are only technical. Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your browser by Stebby, based on consents you give to us.

We use cookies to personalize content and ads, to provide social media features and analyze our traffic. We also share information about your use of our site with our social media, advertising and analytics partners who may combine it with other information that you’ve provided to them or that they’ve collected from you. 

What do we do with your data?

We are using your data to help you reach the next step towards wellness by giving you wider access to different services available on our platform.

On the other hand, if you are enlisted in your employer group account, our aim is to make your employer’s HR life easier by automating some of the work for them by managing your wellness allowance.

Who else is processing your data?

As one of our regular Stebby users, your data is shared exclusively with the service providers whose services you purchase. Your data is not shared with them until you actually use the ticket you bought.

Your contact and transactional data is also shared with your employer when you use your wellness compensation.

Furthermore, as with any other online software business nowadays, we use third party processors like Google, customer support programs, payment services etc. Before engaging with any activities with them, we make sure we have an agreement and security overview about data handling.

Know your rights!

Feel free to ask about what we do with your data, and if anything seems off, just let us know, and we’ll take care of it! Feeling like your wellness journey with Stebby has come to an end? You can ask us to delete your data (we can make it happen to the extent it’s possible)!

If you want to take your data on your new adventure, you can ask us to give you a copy to use it elsewhere.

Transparency is the way forward! You can say no to robot choices (if there are any)! Easily manage your consents through web self-care.

For how long do we have your data?

We only keep your data as long as it is necessary or until we have reached the time limit arising from the law. If you delete your account, the data is erased from the backup logs usually upon 90 days. If you have made any purchases on the platform, we still need to keep information about these, by the law for 7 years.

We also have to keep the data for any customer care questions, ongoing or possible disputes. Important to note, that if you are using your wellness compensation, your employer has access to the transaction data, since they need to keep record of these expenses.
