From March 28 to April 10, 2022, the first-ever virtual charity run, “Steps for Ukraine” will take place on Stebby. All of the ticket proceeds from the virtual run will go to the Estonian Refugee Council to support people arriving from Ukraine and offer them various opportunities to experience wellness again. This is our opportunity to take care of our health and the people of Ukraine simultaneously!
According to Stebby’s CEO Kestutis Mackelis, the charity virtual run is a slight boost to the participant’s health, but it is an essential support for the people of Ukraine. “Together with the Stebby team, we contribute to Ukraine in many different ways. Now the whole Stebby community has the opportunity to show great heart to improve the well-being of the Ukrainian people during these difficult times.”
The distance of the virtual run is 5 kilometres, and it can be covered at any place by hiking, walking or running.
You can use money previously added to Stebby, the employer’s health subsidy, or pay directly via a bank link.
Stebby will draw a 5 x 25 euro Stebby gift card and one Stebby sweater between all participants in the virtual run. At the end of the virtual run, the 3 fastest women and 3 fastest men will receive a Stebby gift card worth 50 euros.

STEBBY VIRTUAL CHARITY RUN “STEPS FOR UKRAINE”
The virtual charity run “Steps for Ukraine” will take place from March 28 to April 10, 2022.
The organizer of this event is SportID International OÜ. The registration platform for the virtual run is Stebby. The goal of the virtual run is to donate the total proceeds of the purchased tickets. The donation will be directly made to the Estonian Refugee Council to improve different wellness opportunities for Ukrainian people.
- You can participate in the virtual run in a convenient place and time for you between March 28 and April 10, 2022.
- The distance of the virtual run is 5 kilometres.
- There are two different virtual run tickets: timed and untimed participation.
- You can register for the virtual run by purchasing a ticket for the event from March 25 to April 10, 2022.
- The distance can be covered by running or walking. Walking sticks are allowed.
- The timed ticket distance must be completed in succession, and you must not stop the clock.
- The distance can’t be covered using any vehicle.
REGISTRATION

To participate in the virtual run, you need to buy a 15-euro timed or a 10-euro untimed virtual run ticket from Stebby. You can use the money already added to your Stebby account, the employer’s compensation, or pay for the ticket directly via a bank link. You can purchase the ticket once.
Tickets are sold from 25.03.2022 to 10.04.2022.
All Stebby users can participate.
ENTERING THE RESULT
To submit your timed result, fill in the form on the event page, in which you enter your time (hh, mm, ss) and an image file to confirm the distance. It can be, for example, a photo or a screenshot (sports or smartwatch, phone, etc.) of the distance, which is at least 5 km. It is possible to enter the result several times during the virtual run period, but only the last time entered will count.
Untimed ticket participants do not have to enter the time separately. The participation is confirmed after the ticket purchase.
FINAL RESULTS
The results are sorted by the time entered. Suppose the participant runs, hikes or walks 6 kilometres in 50 minutes (00.50.00). In that case, the system will not calculate the 5 kilometres time separately, and the 50 minutes will stand in the results.
At the end of the virtual run period, we will send the results to all participants by email. The results of all participants are public and will also be shared in the Stebby blog. In case of incomplete distance or not submitting the time, the results will show the distance entered or the notation DNS in the absence of the result.
In the case of participating with an untimed ticket, only the participants’ names will be public in alphabetical order.
AWARDS
Stebby will determine the three fastest women and three fastest men who will receive a Stebby gift card worth 50 euros based on the timed results.
Stebby will draw a 5 x 25 euro Stebby gift card and one Stebby sweater between all participants in the virtual run (timed and untimed). Stebby will send a diploma to all participants at the end of the virtual run.
Stebby will draw the prizes no later than 12.04.2022 at 16.00 and enter the winners’ names on the virtual run event page and the Stebby blog. Winners will also be notified by email.
OTHER
Participants must follow all traffic regulations. The organizer is not responsible for any damage to the participant’s health and personal property.
By registering, the participant confirms the consent to these instructions and confirms the approval of SportID International OÜ principles of personal data processing.
Stebby will not refund the ticket. It is not possible to re-register a participant.
The distance covered is timed and recorded with the participant’s measuring device (sports watch, smartphone, etc.).
The organizer reserves the right to ask participants for additional proof.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event.
