The 360° Health Protection packages are offered in partnership with IIZI Kindlustusmaakler AS, with whom the best options were found to take care of the well-being of the community. The packages are called Be Healthy, Fast Treatment and Cared For. Their monthly price is within the limits of the employer’s tax-free health benefits, i.e. up to €33 per month. This in turn means that for companies, the health insurance packages are tax-free, helping to avoid extra costs and personal income tax.
The Estonian tax system supports the provision of health and sports compensation by an employer to an employee up to €100 in a quarter. The law was adopted in 2018 and thousands of employers have taken advantage of this opportunity through Stebby.
